This home sits on over 200 feet of private lake frontage with a sandy beach and a large waterfront yard, there is room for all to play, relax and take in the endless sunrises! Dine at the outdoor table for 10! Secure your boat/rental boat to the permanent mooring!
There is also room to spread out indoors with a large great room and separate den/tv room. The kitchen offers plenty of room to create your favorite meals with stunning views of the Lake. Off the kitchen, a private sunroom!
This property is located close to Sleeping Bear Dunes, Lake Michigan beaches, Crystal Mountain, shopping and dining in downtown Beulah and Frankfort, and a short drive to Traverse City.
