The home is located in the highly sought-after subdivision of Treasure Island, located next to San Luis Pass, also known for some of the best coastal fishing in Texas. Nestled just steps from the sparkling Gulf coastline, this spacious home offers a sure bet for your vacation. A huge deck is ideal for taking in the views, while a gas grill and picnic table underneath the home are perfect for afternoon meals alfresco. Inside this sunlit haven, find ample space to both relax and entertain.

Dual suites each with a TV present optimal privacy and comfort. A convenient bunk bed adds extra sleeping options, while a provided highchair, toys, and games make it easier to travel with little ones. Whip up your favorite recipes in the pristine kitchen. Coffee lovers will swoon over the coffee bar. When it’s time to dine, the table, breakfast nook, and kitchen bar seat the group for meals.

Spend your day at the beach. Guests are provided beach toys, boogie boards, towels and a wagon, so you'll have everything you need to have a full day at the beach.

Things to Know
TV includes Dish TV as well as streaming services, but guests must log in using their own streaming service accounts.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Amazing

A few yards from a small private-ish beach.

The house was very comfortable. Good for a medium size family. There is a small beach within a few yards which was all we needed for our weekend. It's rocky and the sand disappears at high tide, but not busy during our visit. Lots of shells and waves. The house was very nicely laid out and it was obvious the host was customer focused. There were sand toys, doggy (poop) bags, books, games, etc. I was pleasantly surprised. I would stay again. Bring what you need, no grocery stores or other stores close by.

Perfect beach therapy!

This beach house was perfect for four of us (2 adults, 2 kids). It was just the right size, and with plenty of seating places. The house was very clean, perfectly decorated, and very well stocked. Basically we could find anything we needed there. We used the beach chairs, the boogie board, and the beach toys. They made our vacation much better! The only downside of our stay was the neighbor in the big house next door, who blasted loud music until 1 o'clock in one night. As much as I love Beach Therapy, I may hesitate to book it next time if the neighboring house is booked, especially on holiday weekends.

Truly Beach Therapy

The home was lovely, smelled clean, fresh linens and plenty of towels. Quiet row and water view. We really enjoyed our time. Beds were very comfortable, even small things were thought of like games, salt & pepper, lovely stocked coffee bar, toiletries. We did not use the beach toys, chairs, etc but there were plenty there. Thank you for having a lovely place available in one of our favorite areas. We hope to come back soon.

Didn’t tell us floods

We were not told that treasure island floods & there are no drains, you just have to wait until the water soaks into the ground to get in or out. fortunately, we brought a lot of food with us. We were fortunate the power stayed on. Neighbors are noisy. Rowdy party until 2 am, barking dogs. House is beautiful but will never rent from any place who uses Vacasa. They are in Portland, Oregon, and I kept sending them screenshots that the coastal resort county was flooding and they said that there had been any problem,Their local team would have known about it but they didn’t.

Fabulous week

Could not have been better! Starting with the ingress from Houston, easy ride down to the coast. Roads are in great shape. The neighborhood is very clean and appeared to be very safe as well. Terrific location with expansive views in all directions of the water and assorted wildlife. Nice easy stroll to the beach area, which was completely uncrowded and that was a huge plus! The water was very clean, and no issues with seaweed or other floating debris. The house itself was in fantastic shape. The inside was very well appointed and look to be decorated by a top rate, interior designer. All the appliances were in great shape and worked perfectly for us. A big bonus is the coffee bar they have set up in the breakfast nook area. The bedrooms were very clean and we enjoyed the beds comfortably with no extraneous noises to interfere with a sound sleep 😴. We give this rental, our highest rating and endorsement!

Best Place To Stay

We loved everything about this place. We stayed over Labor Day weekend and it was nice and Quiet while Galveston was packed. They had everything you would ever need. Beach chairs, beach umbrellas, toiletries and coffee for the coffee maker. If you do book make sure to plan your meals as you are about 30-40 minute drive to Galveston and 20-30 minutes to lake Jackson which have grocery stores. But it’s so worth it to be in a nice quiet area! Loved it and we will be back!

Very nice!

Many trips to Treasure Island-lots of vacations to lots of beach houses in the area. Beach Therapy is one of the nicest places in Treasure Island. Great location. Beautiful home with all you need. Not one single complaint.

Perfect house for a beach getaway

The house was beautifully decorated, well stocked with just about everything we needed to feel at home away from home. With small children, we appreciated the safety addition of the side door being blocked to ensure that they wouldn't get out without us knowing. Definitely a weekend of much needed beach therapy. This is our favorite beach house we have rented over the years and we will definitely be back.

Fantastic stress free escape

Beach house is beautiful and was so stress free. Kitchen and utensils were all there we needed. Dogs enjoyed the stay as much as we did. Beds were so comfy and my 15 month old loved how close it was to the beach. Will be back again and we loved everything about it.

Beach Therapy

I've stayed in several places at the beach but Beach Therapy is my favorite! The light beachy decor is so welcoming and homey. Everything I needed was there. I took my crock pot but there was one in the cabinet. Being so close to the water is perfect. I will definitely be back. I could live there!! The beach towels were such a nice gift.

The Perfect Beach Getaway Home!

We booked this home for a family vacation based on its location and reviews. You are just steps away from the beach where we surf fished. The hostess is most welcoming and has left a handwritten journal with information for your stay. I suggest you read it upon your arrival for some great tips. The home has everything imaginable for your stay. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything and everything you will need to prepare some home cooked meals. Thank you to Vacasa for the beach towels to use during your stay and to take home as a gift!

The house was clean and well appointed (everything from towels to kitchen accessories). The furnishings were new and comfortable. The AC was COLD! The proximity to the beach and the pass was close and easily walkable. Great stay!

Don’t recommend

Property had too many plumbing issues. We arrived at 5:30 pm. Management new that kitchen sink and toilet were clogged. Plumber showed up at 6 pm and left at 7 pm. We could not begin cooking the dinner until then and it was upsetting. Next day we discovered that we could not use the shower in one of the bathrooms. It was broken. Five of us had to take turns using one shower. We rented this place because it has two bathrooms. There are plenty of rentals with one bathroom that have a much lower rent. The place itself is nice, but all of these issues ruined our stay. This is not what you want to have when you come to enjoy your weekend.

Just WOW!!!

"Beach Therapy" was just what we needed! The house is beautiful and perfectly decorated! The kitchen is fully stocked. The beach is just a few steps away for easy access. The wrap-around deck let's you enjoy the views and ocean wave-crashing sound day and night!! This house will be my choice for all my beach vacations! No need to look any further!! Loved it!! ❤️
