Very nice little casinha in the heart of Ferragudo with roof terrace and harbor view

Newly furnished very nice small (48m²) 2-storey house in the upper part of the beautiful fishing village Ferragudo.
On the ground floor (24m²) is the new kitchen with a nice dining area and adjoining living room. A staircase leads to the upper floor (24m²) in which the bedroom with balcony and the bathroom is located. An outside staircase leads to the new roof terrace (24m²) with corner lounge and barbecue.
The house is quiet and yet central and the market square and the beach Praia Grande can be reached in 5 minutes.
The place is followed by many beautiful beaches of the Rock Algarve, which can be reached on foot or after a short drive
The fishing village is known for its narrow streets, winding stairs and its originality. The lively market square with its many cafes and restaurants invites you to linger.
In the village there are many recommended Portuguese as well as international restaurants and several small village shops where you can buy everything for daily life. Ferragudo is also a good starting point for hikes in the nearby Monchique Mountains, whose summit extends to 900 m. The house can also be rented together with the adjacent Casa Laranjeiras Nr. 2110294 (2 bedrooms, 4 persons, large patio).

Lovely cosy apartment

The apartment is very nice, well maintained and perfectly located. Extra plus points for the beach bag, parasol and even Tupperware for a trip to the beach. Would recommend this vacation rental to friends and Family :)

Toller Urlaub
Super toller Urlaub. Das Ferienhaus war perfekt. Tolle Lage, tolles Häuschen. Der Ort Ferragudo ist sehr empfehlenswert. Nette Menschen und nicht zu überlaufen. Die ganze Algarve ist es wert, dort Urlaub zu verbringen.

Sehr kleines Haus
Die Lage in Ferragudo ist ok. Fußläufig kann man die wichtigsten Ziele erreichen (Strand, Bars, Restaurants, kleine Supermärkte, Innenstadt, etc.). Im Sommer dürfte das Parken aber zum Glücksspiel werden, da viele Ferienwohnungen in unmittelbarer Nähe liegen, die zu dieser Jahreszeit unbewohnt waren. Die Aussicht auf das Meer ist sehr eingeschränkt durch zahlreiche Gebäude, trotzdem würden wir die Aussicht auf der Dachterrasse noch als schön bezeichnen. Das Haus selber ist klitzeklein und viel kleiner als die in der Annonce angegebenen 48 qm. An einem Regentag haben wir die Wohnung schließlich ausgemessen und mit maximalen Goodwill (Treppen und Flure mitgerechnet, Balkon und Dachterrasse zu 25% berücksichtigt) kommt man auf nicht einmal 30 qm, ansonsten sind es maximal 23 qm und die Wohnung ist damit rund halb so groß wie angegeben. Da wir hier im März/April (2024) unseren Urlaub verbrachten war uns die Größe der Wohnung sehr wichtig, da wir von Regen und ggf. auch mal einen kalten Tag ausgegangen waren. Ein Aufenthalt in der Wohnung war jedoch nur sehr eingeschränkt möglich: Die Couch ist so winzig (inklusive Seitenlehnen rund 120 cm) und unbequem (sehr hartes Holz/ kaum Polster) das man kaum drauf sitzen kann. Zudem ist die Treppe hier so niedrig, dass man kaum sitzen will. Am Küchentisch zog es unter der Tür hindurch und es war hier ungemütlich kalt.. Zudem gab es an mehreren Stellen Schimmel an den Wänden. Im Sommer ist die Whg vielleicht ok, sonst eher nicht.

Endroit très agréable, confort de la terrasse apprécié.
Logement très fonctionnel et cosy! Ruelles de Ferragudo à parcourir inlassablement. Avantage des commences à proximité. Nous avons bien apprécié la climatisation au sein du logement. Revisez votre anglais avant de venir à Ferragudo. Endroit dépaysant !

Besser gehts nicht
Wir sind ein vielreisendes Paar. Seit vielen Jahren erkunden wir die Welt und geniessen das Leben von seiner sonnigen Seite. Und dann freut es einen besonders wenn ein Haus besonders hervorsticht. Es ist perfekt eingerichtet und es fehlt an Nichts! Spühlmaschine, Waschmaschine, Toaster, Strandtuch, Grill, Sonnenschirm, alles tiptop. Wenn jedes Ferienhaus so wäre würden wir nie wieder nach Hause fahren ;) Und on the top: superfreundliche Vermieter die unsere Sprache sprechen und bescheid wissen wo es was in der Nähe gibt. Wir kommen wieder, auch weil die Gegend genau alles hergibt was wir lieben: Strand super, Fisch super, Wein super, Menschen wie aus dem Bilderbuch. Danke

Topp Häuschen im Herzen von Ferragudo
Sehr hübsches, topp ausgestattetes Häuschen mit wunderschöner Dachterrasse. Scheint allerdings kleiner zu sein, als in der Anzeige angegeben. Wir haben nicht nachgemessen. Wir haben das Leben im hübschen Dorf Ferragudo sehr genossen. Der Markt in Portimao ist sehr zu empfehlen: ein solches Angebot an Fisch und Meesresfrüchten haben wir noch nirgends gesehen! Sehr freundlicher, persönlicher Empfang. Strand fußläufig, nicht überfüllt und sauber, allerdings in der Bucht, Blick auf Portimao, nicht aufs offene Meer. Strände in der Umgebung in der Hauptreisezeit alle überfüllt, schon morgens kein Parkplatz mehr zu bekommen.

Alles sehr gut, bis auf Hundegebell gegenüber
Das Haus ist in relativ gutem Zustand, wie beschrieben. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten sind jedoch zu beheben: 13 unverputzte Dübellöcher im Bad, ein paar loose Dinge wie die Duschstangebabdeckung, die Abflussabdeckung in der Duschwanne, die einseitig nicht befestigte WC-Brille (ließ sich auch nicht festschrauben), am Terrassenstuhl fehlt in der Lehne ein Stück Holz, die Matratze müsste erneuert werden etc. Wie gesagt, Kleinigkeiten die kaum stören. Was uns jedoch gestört hat, sind zwei große Hunde, die auf einen Balkon in einer Wohnung schräg gegenüber Tag und Nacht bei jedem, der vorbei geht bellten aber die Besitzerin die daneben steht nicht einschritt. Die Übergabe hat prima geklappt, auch als wir die WC-Brille reklamierten war die Hausverwalterin zur Stelle und kümmerte sich. Wir haben, bis auf das Hundegebell, den Aufenthalt genossen. Kurze Wege in die Stadt und zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Parken direkt vor der Tür möglich. Sogar Uber fährt in Ferragudo.

Ein echter Wohlfühl-Ort
Das kleine Häuschen, ist wirklich sehr sehr schön. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet, gut ausgestattet und Stand und Altstadt um die Ecke. Unschlagbar ist die Dachterrasse - vom ausgiebigen Frühstück bia zum erfrischend - romantischen Tagesausklang. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Tolles kleines Ferienhaus auf 2 Etagen. Es hat nichts gefehlt!!! Super zentral gelegen. Malerischer kleiner Ferienort. Hier kann man echt entschleunigen. Gute Restaurants! Die Dachterrasse haben wir jeden Tag genutzt, einfach gemütlich! Die gute Seele „Karin“ stand mit Rat und Tat zur Seite!!!

Mooie vakantie met kleine verbeterpunten
Wij hebben een hele fijne vakantie gehad. Echter, het huis was veel te warm op sommige plekken in de woning. Zonder mogelijkheid om daar de ruimte te koelen. Ook was de communicatie over de woning voorafgaand aan de vakantie niet altijd even duidelijk. Zo werd aangenomen dat wij bepaalde formulieren ontvangen hadden, terwijl deze niet naar ons verstuurd waren. Dit zijn dan ook onze verbeterpunten. Verder hebben wij een goed ontvangst en verblijf genoten.
