Enjoy all New Smyrna Beach has to offer: great restaurants, shopping, drive-on beach (and non-drive on), Disappearing Island, NSB Dog Beach, lots of dog parks and mild winter weather. Relax by your private heated, saltwater pool after a day at the beach. House is in a golf cart friendly community in between Hidden Lakes Golf Club or New Smyrna Beach Golf Course. Enjoy bay sunsets every night from the front porch. Daytona Beach is 30 minutes north, Orlando is one hour south and Universal Studios and Disney World are 1 1/2 hours away. Ideal for snowbirds looking to get away for the winter season.

I was born near Philadelphia (Lansdale), grew up in the Washington DC area, attended Florida State University, graduated from University of Central Florida and remained in the Central Florida area where I met my husband. It didn't take long to move over to the East coast where we raised our two sons.
Why they chose this property
NSB is a small beach town like no other. It's quaint & charming and a favorite spot for locals and northerners who love coming in the winter. There are five local golf courses--two of which are a golf cart ride away. Daytona Beach is 30 minutes north and Orlando is 60 minutes southwest. Disney, Universal Studios and Sea World are less than two hours away.
What makes this property unique
Fishing, surfing, golfing, theme parks--this little beach town on the East coast is like no other!
