This coveted front row end unit is pleasantly decorated in soft blues and greens that compliment the palmetto trees outside the large side view windows. The morning sun and the afternoon shade afford the guests perfect timing for prime use of the open deck from the living room. This condominium has a powder room on the first living, dining, and well equipped kitchen floor and the two bedroom and two bathrooms are on the second floor. The master bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has a twin and a double bed.
This location is a short walk to the Beach and Racquet Club swimming pools, playground, tennis courts, and fitness rooms. The two condo pools and the boardwalk to the beach are steps from the front door.
The Harbor Island pool is open from April 1 - November 1.
Reservations are subject to a 3.5% processing fee.

Parking spaces are unassigned for Cedar Reef Villas ** Harbor Island Owners Association require a gate pass to gain access to the private island. GATE PASSES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. The current rates are; for a day pass $25.00; 2 nights $35.00; 3 nights $45.00; 4 nights $55.00; 5 nights $65.00; 6 nights $75.00; 7 nights $85.00; 8-30 nights $140.00; 31-364 nights $215.00.

We just wanted a place to get together that was close to the beach and this was perfect! The home was comfortable and had the necessary things. We very much enjoyed our stay and hope to come again. Local restaurants were also enjoyable!
Great location on the property! Very well stocked with kitchen supplies and with towels. Beds were very comfortable. My only complaint was that the front door lock was tricky to say the least. Within first 10 mins of unloading the car, the door unexpectedly shut and locked us out. After calming my kids (and myself, let’s be honest) down, the issue was resolved in about 30-45 mins. But the lesson was learned- always keep the key in the lockbox. Sometimes you would think the lock wasn’t engaged, but it really was and vice versa. It was a rough start to an otherwise relaxing and very enjoyable stay.
