Water & Power! Dog Friendly Cabin with Fenced Yard, Hot Tub

Welcome to the Pine Tree Cabin. This charming log cabin is located just minutes west of downtown Asheville. The cabin is close enough for guests to enjoy all that Asheville has to offer yet also provides enough space for families or friends to enjoy the peace and quiet in a private, wooded setting.

There are two covered decks with mountain views, patio furniture and string lighting. The downstairs porch is home to an amazing built-in hot tub! The decks lead out to the fully fenced back yard that is perfect for pups and kids to play, we allow up to three dogs with a small pet fee. Take a stroll up the path to the fire pit and enjoy your time under a sky full of stars, or cookout on the charcoal grill.

Indoors you'll find a beautiful living room with large vaulted ceilings. The gas wood stove will keep you toasty while hanging out on the big leather sofas. Not to worry, the house is equipped with central AC for those summer days. An open kitchen allows guests to enjoy each others company and the large flat-screen TV included with Netflix and YoutubeTV. The kitchen is well stocked with all cookware, dishes and appliances you will need including dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven and small appliances. The Main floor bedroom has a king size bed, 32" TV with Netflix, and a full bathroom. The loft bedroom holds a king size bed and seating area, perfect for your morning coffee and a good book. The lower level has a queen size bed and full bathroom. A separate area has a full size couch with a 50” flat screen TV. Only 100% cotton bed and bath linens are provided. WiFi is fast and reliable. Laundry room with washer/dryer.

Spring break fun!

Great cabin in a lovely location!

Loved our stay and hope to go back again. The hosts were great and made the process very easy. The cabin was perfect for our party of four with four smaller dogs. The fenced yard was a great bonus and we enjoyed our daily visit from Waylon, the neighborhood dog. Thank you again!

Great Stay

We enjoyed our stay at the cabin. It was clean, nicely decorated for Christmas, and had all the amenities needed. We brought our 3 dogs, who played and loved the fenced in yard. The owners were also quick to respond if anything was needed. I would definitely return!

Great cabin for dog parents!

We had a great time at this cabin! Our two dogs (40 and 45 lbs pitt mixes) were happy to have a fenced in yard to run in and to be able to lounge on the couches like they do at home (thanks to the hosts providing couch covers that were easy to use). It was great to FINALLY find a place that would allow bigger dogs. ❤️ The check in and check out process were both very easy, and I appreciated how responsive the hosts were. The cabin is in a great location - not far from Waynesville or Asheville. I would definitely recommend friends to this spot!!

An Absolutely Perfect Place and Stay

This is a beautiful home with so much space for a big family to spread out in! Great privacy but lots of room for family activities including a downstairs den/game room and large family room and dining room. Very nice bathrooms and very cute, well-stocked kitchen. We took our small dog with us so the fenced in yard was great. We would definitely stay here again!! Great communication from the owner too.

House was great! Had a side yard complete with small wire so our small pooch could not wonder off. Bedrooms were separated so everyone had their own space. Very clean. Nice spot! Located just minutes from The Farm venue where the wedding was held. Awesome house.

Lovely weekend in Candler

We had a wonderful stay at the cabin! Everything was very clean and organized. The house was very well equipped. It suited our needs and was the perfect location for a wedding we attended at The Farm. Would come back.

Perfect Vacation Getaway

We really enjoyed our 2 night stay in the beautiful spacious home. It was so clean and welcoming with careful attention to detail. The hosts were extremely friendly and accommodating to all of our needs. We would definitely go back and maybe bring our family/friends!

Our family loved our stay in this pet-friendly house. It was perfect for us with 3 bedrooms and a fenced in backyard. Asheville and biking riding trails were a short 15 minute drive away.

Perfect for our wedding at The Farm

We attended a wedding at ‘The Farm’ just down the road. This was a perfect spot to hang with friends prior to attending the wedding. We also loved sitting in the front porch and relaxing in the rocking chairs. I also brushed up in my pac man game on the machine downstairs :)

Mountain Retreat

We enjoyed our experience so much at the cabin! We would totally book this place again. It was great to spend time together, but everyone had a space to retreat to as well. The hot tub was awesome, and the sunrises were spectacular. Loved this place, we didn’t want to leave! Can’t wait to go back!

Cabin is exactly as described . There were no surprises. Very cozy and comfortable. Fenced in yard for our big pup which was a plus. About 15 to 20 minutes to downtown Ashville. We enjoyed our stay and we woupd come back again.

Great cabin

We chose this cabin for an after Christmas family trip. It had all we were looking for and we were thrilled we could take our dog as it is fully fenced and dog friendly. Short drive to Asheville and the property is very nice and worked well for our family which included seniors, middle agers a child and a boxer! Would definitely book again. Owners very responsive.

Christmasy family cabin getaway

We spent our Christmas as a family at the Pine Tree Cabin, and we had a lovely time! The cabin was nicely decorated for the holiday and provided the cozy mountain vibe we were looking for. The cabin has plenty of amenities as well, including a fully-stocked kitchen for eating in, a relaxing outdoorhot tub, and a fenced-in yard for the dog to roam free. The cabin is conveniently located near downtown Asheville while still feeling away from the busy areas. We would love to come back in the future!
