Only 9 km from the historic Eretria, Villa Vlichos is located directly on the sea on a 4,500 m2 plot in the city of Amarinthos. The house is approximately 150 m2, with a beautiful view of the sea and the sunset.
The house can accommodate up to 6 adults and 2 children. In addition, the house offers a baby bed and a changing table.
All rooms are air-conditioned and flooded with light. The large terraces and well-kept atmosphere create the ideal environment for a relaxing holiday.
This house is ideal for a family or a group of friends who want to discover the hidden beauties of the island of Evia or just want to relax and unwind. Only 50 meters from the beach and only a 10 minute walk to the city center. In about 10 minutes drive you can reach Eretria, where there is a daily boat to Oropos and from there Athens can be reached in 55 km by car. In about 9 km drive you can visit various sights, such as the ancient theater and archaeological museum of Eretria. Further hiking opportunities on the mountain Dirfys in approx. 35 km distance.
