Guests have full access to the unit except for owner's closet and crawl space below the cabin.

***NOTE***

- The surrounding area is extremely dark after dusk. Please attempt to arrive prior to sun down to avoid issues or if you are uncomfortable driving in the dark.

- Guests are provided 2x rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2x rolls of paper towels, 2x sets of trash bags per can, 1x bottle of dish soap, 1x bottle of dishwasher soap, and 1x hand bar soap per bathroom. It is up to the guests to furnish enough items for the duration of their stay beyond what is already provided. Bath towels and hand towels are provided but we recommend guests who like LOTS of towels to bring some of their own.

-BUGS AND CRITTERS

"Take My Breath Away" is a cabin in the Smoky Mountains and surround by woods. Although we have a pest control service that sprays quarterly, it is entirely possible you will see some type of bugs both inside and outside (Asian lady beetles are a particular nuisance, harmless, and nothing you can really do to rid them). Leaving the doors closed behind you will prevent some of the bug/critter issues. On rainy days especially it's common to see millipedes trying to find refuge indoors. Sometimes crickets too. You may see bears, snakes, spiders, scorpions, and other wild creatures during your visit - it is the mountains and this should be somewhat anticipated. NEVER leave food or trash outside and always watch your step!

- No candles or flames of any kind indoors.

- NO SMOKING of any kind indoors. This includes hookah. $250 will be charged if evidence of smoke is found.

- Max occupancy of 10 including children. If you exceed our limit your reservation will be canceled without refund and you will be asked to leave.

- Cabin is on well water. We recommend bottled water for drinking IF you don't prefer well water. You might notice a sulfur smell when you first turn on the water.

- Do NOT move furniture

- It's always recommended to drive an AWD vehicle in adverse weather conditions in the mountains but otherwise any vehicle will get you to our property.

- Do not lean or hang on railings

- Hot Tub is drained, sanitized and refilled on each turn. Please do not attempt to drain or refill the hot tub during your stay. Tampering with the mechanical panel is will result in loss of damage deposit. The hot tub may take several hours to heat up after a refill to get to temperature when it's really cold out. Please anticipate and allow for this time requirement on day of check-in.

- We have an overhead security camera facing the driveway at the entrance to the property. It's used SOLELY for security.

- No check-in or check-out on Thanksgiving and Christmas day
