Let yourself be enchanted by Monschau. They sleep and live in a cloth-making house over three hundred years old in the heart of Monschau. The Rur flows past directly behind our house; With the window open you can hear the water rushing and have a wonderful view over the Rur landscape up to the Red House.

You can walk to shops, restaurants and parking lots.

The apartment has a double bedroom and a comfortable sofa bed (160x200) in the living room. The apartment is modern and has been lovingly and extensively renovated. The tourist information office is located a few houses away and will be happy to inform you about all events and leisure options. We will be happy to provide you with a parking sticker free of charge for the duration of your stay. We are happy to welcome you. The Koch family

Three nights in timeless and historic Monschau
Words simply cannot convey the beauty of this wonderful home. From the exposed timber frames, the rustic and creaky wood floors (I LOVE those floors!), to the thoughtfully placed knick knacks and home decor, Uta did an exceptional job of creating a cozy and comfortable place to enjoy a town that feels trapped in time. From the water of the Roer river rushing by just outside the large windows in the open kitchen/living area to the activity in the cobblestone streets below, the sounds just added to the overall ambiance of the perfectly situated home. Yet never did those sounds interrupt the tranquility and need for rest from exploring the town and surrounding area. Anything anyone could possibly need for any length of stay was provided, including every tool necessary for making your favorite coffee drink. And the bed! The bed and pillows were without a doubt the most comfortable either of us have slept on. Access to the store Mond on the floor below was nice and did not interfere with entry into the unit, which was a slight concern initially since entry to the unit is shared with the store. But the owner did an excellent job explaining how entry worked and what we needed to do when coming and going after store hours. Was absolutely no issue at all. And how anyone could possibly escape the store and not find that one thing they have to have would be shocking. Overall, my wife and I can’t think of anything that could have made our stay at Uta’s place any better than it was.

Beste Lage, hell, groß, toll eingerichtet
Rundum schöne Wohnung mitten in der Altstadt, trotzdem sehr ruhig. Man hörte nur leise das Rauschen des Flüsschens. (Wir wohnten im 1. Stock mit Fenstern zur Straße und zur Rur hin.) Küche mehr als komplett eingerichtet! Betten groß und bequem. Große Couch, großer Fernseher … So eine geschmackvolle Einrichtung gibt es nur ganz selten. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr schöne, historische Wohnung
Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt mit unseren Hunden. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen, noch nie hatten wir solch eine Küchenausstattung. Das historische Haus und die alten Häuser sind wundervoll Romantisch. Wer schlecht zu Fuss ist sollte an historische Treppen denken beim buchen. Sonst unsere uneingeschränkte Empfehlung. Vielen Dank

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung
Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Das Bett ist sehr gut. Ein winziger Minuspunkt ist der viel zu schmale Durchgang am Bett. Man kann sich nur seitlich daran vorbeischieben, wenn man zum Bad will oder man muss über den Partner "hinwegklettern".

Wir haben über die Jahre schon verschiedene Ferienwohnungen gebucht - diese war mit Abstand am liebevollsten eingerichtet. Dazu alles sauber und wie neu - bis auf das Haus selbst, und das sollte ja auch so sein. Monschau selbst ist auch unbedingt ne Reise wert.

Wir haben eine traumhafte Wohnung vorgefunden und uns sofort wohl gefühlt! Sie ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und es fehlt nicht mal am kleinsten Detail! Absolute Traumferienwohnung !
Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in dieser gemütlichen Fewo. Wohlfühlen ab der ersten Minute ist hier Programm, man merkt dass es den Vermietern ein Anliegen ist, dass die Gäste allen Komfort haben und es an nichts fehlt. Wir können uns den anderen Bewertungen nur anschließen, wir hatten noch nie eine so top ausgestattete Wohnung und es hat Spaß gemacht hier nach den Erkundungen von Monschau und Umgebung zurückzukehren. Die Lage mitten im Ort ist super, zentral aber schön ruhig, die Rur gleich daneben, Blick vom Frühstückstisch ins Grüne, Bäcker nicht weit entfernt. Monschau ist wirklich eine Perle und die Panoramarunden sehr zu empfehlen, immer wieder tolle Ausblicke, die Besichtigung des roten Hauses ist auch sehr empfehlenswert. Wir werden sicherlich mal wieder kommen. Im Concept Store im Erdgeschoss findet man auch schöne Dinge zu kaufen. Herzlichen Dank nochmal an Uta und Dietmar für die Restaurierung dieses historischen Tuchmacherhauses, es war etwas Besonderes hier wohnen zu dürfen.

Super Ferienwohnung in einer hervorragenden Lage.
Wir waren einige Tage in dieser Ferienwohnung und sind zufrieden wieder abgereist. Die Lage ist zentral im Ort, aber trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Man hört nur das Rauschen der Rur bei offenem Fenster. Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet. Es gibt eigentlich nichts, was es in dieser Wohnung nicht gibt. Eine dermaßen hochwertige Ausstattung findet man wohl selten in einer Ferienunterkunft. Das Bett ist sehr bequem und wir haben gut geschlafen. Wenn es einen winzigen Kritikpunkt gibt, dann das man in das Bett nur über den vorderen Schläfer ein und aussteigen kann. Außer man ist sehr schlank. Aber das ist Kritik auf sehr hohem Niveau.

Schon der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr persönlich und nett. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und mit vielen schönen Dingen ausgestattet. Die Betten waren sehr gemütlich. Die Lage, mitten drin im Ort und Nachts trotzdem sehr ruhig. Von der Haustür ab konnte man schöne Wanderung unternehmen. Alles in allem ein wunderbarer Kurzurlaub.

Monschau, die Perle der Nordeifel
Die FeWo liegt zentral in der Altstadt und bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten. Viele Cafés und Restaurants sind in der Nähe und bieten eine tolle Auswahl. Die Altstadt ist am Wochenende von Touristen belebt, daher ist eine Anreise sm Wochenende nicht unbedingt zu empfehlen, da das Entladen etwas mühsam ist. Wir haben einen tollen, erholsamen Urlaub erlebt.👍👍👍

Urlaub von Anfang an! Schon der Empfang war sehr herzlich und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist an Gemütlichkeit kaum zu übertreffen. Die Ausstattung ist komfortabel und es fehlt an Nichts.
