The main house has 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms, an enormous open kitchen and great room, and a large outdoor area. The estate also includes a fully renovated 1-bed/1-bath guest cottage, pool house w a queen futon and lush tropical landscaping throughout w banana, papaya and orange trees. Seabatical is located on Centreline Road, just minutes from several restaurants, shops, beautiful beaches and the charming settlement of Hope Town.
The main house can sleep up to 10 people. The guest cottage sleeps 4 people and the pool house sleeps 2. The entire estate will sleep up to 16 people.
There is also a guaranteed dock slip for boats up to 45 foot that is available for an extra fee.
Also included for your enjoyment are bikes, beach, chairs, gas grill, Blackstone, griddle, etc.
