We had a wonderful stay at the farmhouse. It was beautifully decorated and everything was as described. We appreciated the treats, water and coffee. The ambiance with the fireplace and lighting was wonderful. All in all, a great place to stay.
Exceptional property, very clean, comfortable, and filled with amazing personal touches from the host! Simple check in and out. Couple this with the friendly residents of birch tree and you have the recipe for a stay for the ages! Thank you Marsha, and I can’t wait for our next chance to be spoiled by your hospitality!

This property is so well maintained. The manager was very easy to communicate with and worked to accommodate my special requests. Great rental! I would stay there again.
This old farmhouse has been spectacularly renovated. Hearts feel right at home when you enter here. Such a wonderful place for resting, relaxing and rejuvenating the spirit. Marsha is the most amazing hostess, who creates the most picture perfect experience for guests who enter her home. If you love peace and quiet, this charmer is the perfect retreat for you.
This house was a cozy, comfortable place to stay. Although it sits on a road that's busier than what I'm use to, I slept better than I had in a long time. I have nothing but good things to say about it.
The property is GORGEOUS! We had a wonderful stay! Marsha was the best! The area has lots to see & do—we especially enjoyed the old mills & trout farm!
We recently stayed at this home with some friends, and it was a fantastic find for our group of four adults. The home was so clean and cozy! The host has thought of everything one could need during their stay. We couldn’t stop admiring the details and talking about how gorgeous this remodeled home is! Will definitely be visiting again if I’m the area.
This 1909 farmhouse has been beautifully restored and is just the right size for 5 people. More would be a bit crowded. We loved the location, which was close to Rocky Falls, Blue Spring, Ally Spring, and kayaking the Jack's Fork. We had lots of space outside on the porch, patio and backyard fire pit. Well stocked kitchen and friendly touches, including coffee bar, were much appreciated. We will come back.
Clean and very well appointed home. Expertly decorated home with interesting and fun features. Everything you would need to cook if you desire to do so. Heart invested into making this home warm and welcoming.
As soon as we walked in we fell in love with the property. The ambiance was peaceful and homey. We didnt need anything. It was all supplied. When i needed to ask a question while I was staying there the owners replied right back. It will definetly be a place I stay again.

This was an amazing adventure! The farm house tastefully done. A woman paradise in the bathroom spacious, bathtub complete with chandelier and fireplace. Beautiful surroundings with lovely seating outside and a fire pit. The fireflies were amazing to watch. Truly a fairyland accommodation for the whole family. The host Marsha is extremely gracious and we loved every minute of our time there
House was exactly as advertised, everything was clean and worked very well. Having individual heat and a/c units in each room was very nice. You are able to set the temperature in each room to different temps. Water presssure and water heat very good! Marsha is excellent at communication and will make your stay fabulous. We went backpacking on the OT trails, house is 30 minutes from them and other nature attractions. Birch Treeis a small quiet town. Grandma Nells diner is a treat, and the lady running the shoe store loves to talk!
May be back to backpack more trails in the future and stay at this wonderful house again.
