Absolutely best location, quiet and so comfy! Owners are so easy to deal with and get details about the area. Already recommended this location and contact to many friends and family.
This guest suite had everything we could have needed for our weekend trip to KY for bourbon tours. The location was perfect as there were many fun shops and restaurants to walk to during our stay. Would definitely stay here again when coming back to the area!
This property was so easy to access and located in a great area. The local shops and restaurants are very charming and friendly. The rooms were very clean and all necessities were provided like plates, cups, soap, etc. I would 100% stay again!
Very nice unit right downtown. Clean and comfortable. Reason for 4 stars was the internet. Couldn’t stream as it kept buffering the whole time we were there. Speed test showed only 10mbps. Would recommend upgrading service and router. Otherwise this is a 5 star VRBO!
We loved this apartment so much. I have always dreamed of having an apartment over a shop in a cute downtown area. I got to experience it short-term while staying here. It was so clean and so pretty. The ceilings are so high and windows are so big that it feels very large. I
Wonderful apartment for 2 in a perfect location for checking out the Bourbon Trail. Excellent communication with owners. Highly recommend Main Street Diner for breakfast 2 doors from the apartment and Goodwood for wingsand cockails about a 3 minute walk from the apartment.
Had a long weekend stay. Loved the apartment. Very clean and had everything we needed. Wish the weather would have cooperated more but who knew we would be getting the aftermath of the hurricane.
We loved all the architectual details and location in Frankfort. It was within walking distance of restuarants, shopping and the state capital. We loved all the historical signs and places in the area.
Loved it here! Hosts were easy to communicate with and we had no issues. Beautiful space! Super clean and just as advertised. Many great places to explore within easy walking distance. Buffalo Trace is only a 5 minute drive away! 😉 Definitely would stay here again!
My wife and I stayed here for a short weekend getaway trip. The historic apartment was very clean and accommodating. If we had any questions, Amy answered them within a couple minutes. This is a perfect spot for those looking to be in the heart of downtown Frankfort or close to Lexington.
We really enjoyed our time in Frankfort. The apartment filled all our needs and the location was great. The bourbon bar on the corner was top notch and we could visit Buffalo Trace in just a few minutes. Short ride to other locations as well. Well appointed comfortable apartment. We would definitely come stay again.
We were in town for a wedding at a distillery and chose to go with this apartment instead of the hotel block. We are so happy we did! The location is fantastic, walkable to so many historic sites and restaurants. Just a short drive to distilleries and state parks. The apartment is beautiful and well appointed, and even the sofa bed was comfortable. Highly recommend.
I couldn’t be more pleased! The apartment is gorgeous and filled with natural light. Clean as a whistle and so comfortable. Two doors from the bakery and half a block to the wonderful downtown diner. I walked miles every day and can hardly wait to return next spring!
My husband and I decided to tour part of the "Bourbon Trail" in Kentucky this year. I found this studio apartment at the last minute and booked, hoping it's 5 star rating would be accurate, and IT WAS! Downtown Frankfort is very laid back. Everyone was friendly, the buildings were beautiful, and the restaurants we visited were excellent! It was a nice place to come back to after a long day of bourbon tours and tastings!
Really fun loft on historic Main Street. We were an easy drive to Woodford, Buffalo Trace, Castle and Key, and Old Crow - all of which we toured on this trip. For meals and evening drinks, we could walk to about a dozen different great spots from our front door. Location couldn't be beat, and the space was really fun, clean, and thoughtfully renovated (really cool historic loft over office space on street level below). We're definitely coming back 😄
Wow! What an awesome stay! Literally perfect from check in to check out. The location is amazing…right in the middle of historic downtown. All the shops, restaurants, bars you could imagine and more. The only time we drove anywhere was to the very close distilleries.
The unit itself is so unique. Super clean and very safe and comfortable. Parked right outside and walked right in. Loved the historic vibe and modern amenities. We didn’t want to leave!
We loved this flat in downtown Frankfort! Old Kentucky charm! Walkable to restaurants, bars. Locals very helpful and approachable walking around town. Short drive to Buffalo Trace, the new Capitol, Cliffside diner. Walkable to historic old houses and old Capitol. Owners were flexible, helpful. Pictures on webpage extremely accurate. Being there in person was even better. Highly recommend! Thank you for everything!
Location is everything! Bourbon, horses and The Ark!
Loft apartment was just as advertised! Space was very clean and well-appointed. We did no cooking but kitchen appeared to have everything needed to prepare a meal. We loved being downtown Frankfort which was so walkable! Restaurants, bakery, coffeehouse and the river all within a short distance. Location made for a great home base to visit distilleries, horse races and the Ark Encounter! Be sure to try Rebecca Ruth Bourbon Balls!! We loved Kentucky and would definitely stay at The Bing again when visiting Frankfort.
