This apartment is a small insider tip for two people: on 50 square meters on the ground floor of the large farmhouse spread over a spacious living room with dining area, the separate kitchen and the bedroom with full bath - furnished in upscale country house style. Access to the apartment is barrier-free.

The special feature of this apartment is the large terrace facing north-west. Here you can enjoy cozy and sunny hours for two, completely private and without disturbance. You enter the apartment through a private entrance door over the terrace.

The apartment is closed by two connecting doors with a gap to the large farmhouse on both sides. In the terrace area, high palisades provide the desired privacy.

Wunderbarer Ort

Wir haben das große Gutshaus für ein langes Wochenende mit einer großen Freundesgruppe angemietet. Das Haus, außen sowie innen ist traumhaft schön. Die Ausstattung inklusive Sauna und Gasgrill hat uns an nichts gemangelt. Man befindet sich direkt in der Natur und hat die Möglichkeit tolle Ausflüge in nahegelegene Orte, an den Strand oder in die Natur zu machen.

Perfekter Osterurlaub

Wir waren in den Osterferien im Gut Klein Bollhagen und haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr weitläufig, so dass die Kinder auch bei Regen super im Haus spielen konnten und sich gut verteilten. Die vielen Schlafräume ermöglichten uns jegliche Kombination aus Familien und Freunden, alle Zimmer sind sehr groß und luxuriös eingerichtet, jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Bad. Die Küche übertraf sogar unsere Erwartungen. Sie ist so groß, dass wir alle zusammen kochen konnten, es gibt an Geschirr und Küchenutensilien alles, was notwendig ist, von vielen Dingen sogar eine 2-3 fache Ausführung. Der große Gasherd ermöglicht das Kochen für viele Personen; einzig was uns etwas fehlte waren ein bis zwei große Töpfe (12-15l), in denen man für alle zusammen kochen könnte. Aber es waren genug Töpfe in mittlerer Größe vorhanden. Die weite und verwinkelte Terrasse und der großzügige Garten taten das ihre zur Entschleunigung und Auszeit, die wir Erwachsenen genossen, während die Kinder im Garten Verstecken spielen konnten. Zur Umgebung: Der Ostsee-Strand ist in 5 Min. mit dem Auto erreichbar, Kühlungsborn ebenfalls. Um das Gut herum herrscht allerdings viel Ruhe, da es etwas außerhalb liegt.

Wir haben ein langes Wochenende mit 10Personen in diesem ausgezeichneten Ferienhaus

Es gab nichts auszusetzen. Alles war sehr sauber. Das Haus ist sehr groß und bietet somit für alle viel Platz. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt und wir können es immer weiter empfehlen.

Halloween-Geburtstag

Für uns 20 Personen war das Gutshaus ideal. Ausgestattet mit allem, was man zum Feiern und relaxen braucht, z.B. Sauna, großzügig und gemütlich. Sehr zu empfehlen. Auch die Betreuung war perfekt.

Schönes Anwesen in ruhiger Lage

Das tolle Anwesen hat unserer Gruppe extrem gut gefallen.Wir hatten ein tolles Wochenende! Das Haus hatte ausreichend Schlafzimmer und Bäder, so dass auch wir als Freundesgruppe uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Die Kommunikation vor und während des Aufenthalts war hervorragend. Ein echtes Traumhaus.

Fantastischer Kurzurlaub

Wir hatten ein wundervolles Wochenende, trotz Orkan. Mit der tollen Sauna wurde es richtig gemütlich. Es blieb kein Wunsch offen, das Haus ist großartig für große Gruppen. Gemeinschaftsräume sind groß genug und trotzdem bietet das Haus genügend Rückzugsmöglichkeiten.

Traumhaus mit super Ausstattung

Das Haus ist wunderbar, sogar noch schöner als das Inserat vermuten lässt. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragen, habe noch nie eine so gut ausgestattete Küche vorgefunden, sogar einen Weinkühlschrank gibt es! Das Haus ist in einer kleinen „Siedlung“ mit anderen Ferienhäusern gelegen, fussläufig, ca. 15 Minuten von der Ostsee entfernt. Das einzige, was ich etwas komisch fand war, dass andere Gäste durch „unseren Garten“ der direkt an unserem Ferienhaus gelegen war spazieren gingen. Wir waren mit 5 Paaren und zwei Kleinkindern im Haus und dafür war es perfekt. Jeder hat seinen eigenen Rückzugsort und ein eigenes Bad. Im großen gemütlichen Wohnzimmer ist dann Platz für alle, auch zum Essen. Wir werden sicherlich wieder kommen! Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.

Wir haben mit 16 Personen, Familie und Freunde, einen runden Geburtstag gefeiert. Das Haus und die Anlage sind ein Traum! Im Haus alles vorhanden, was man für Urlaub und Feiern mit vielen Personen braucht. Hausmeister, Hausdame und Vermieter sind überaus entgegenkommend. Das Wetter war auch perfekt. Wir kommen wieder!

Gorgeous retreat

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Gut Klein Bollhagen. The accommodations were beautiful and the house had everything we could possibly need to relax and enjoy time with family and friends. The kitchen was stocked with every amenity and the furnishings were immaculate. The gardens and surrounding property were like something one would see at a Royal castle! Flowers, fire pit, even idyllic swings for the children. The patio furniture was also lovely and we were able to enjoy relaxing evenings outside while the children played in the garden. The “rocky beach” was a short bike ride/walk away and the “sandy beaches” of Kühlungsborn were an easy 10 min drive. We would highly recommend this property!

Wundervolles Haus für die ganze Familie

Wir hatten ein tolles Wochenende in diesem wundervollen Haus. Dies lässt wirkliche keine Wünsche offen und wir haben uns sofort heimisch gefühlt. Eine top ausgestattete Küche, gemütliche Bettwäsche, Traum-Bäder, Sauna, Kamin und großer Terrasse. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
