A heated seawater outdoor pool is located directly on the beach section. In the house there is a bicycle room, a service room with a coin-operated washing machine, a coin-operated clothes dryer and an elevator chair. The tastefully furnished apartment has a large living / bedroom with a sofa bed for 2 people and 2 sofa beds, flat-screen TV (digital), radio, a dining area and kitchenette, a bedroom with a loft bed with double bed and single bed and an additional single bed. Die Ferienwohnung war sauber und gut geschnitten. Wir waren mit Kind und Hund dort, dennoch war die Wohnung im 4. Stock problemlos mit einem Lift (welcher bis zum 3. Stock fährt) erreichbar. Dies war für unseren einwöchigen Aufenthalt absolut zufriedenstellend.

Fewo ideal für 2 bis 4 Personen
Von der Größe her kann ich die Wohnung bis max. Empfehlen. Auf dem Balkon befindet sich nur ein sehr kleiner Tisch und 2 Plastikstühle. Die Balkon Möbel könnten besser sein. Im Bad gibt es kein Fenster und Lüftung. Daher ist der Geruch nicht immer so toll.

Wohnung zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Der Aufzug endet leider im 3. Stock, sodass man das Gepäck 1 Stockwerk hochtragen musste. Der Campingplatz gegenüber ist nicht so schön anzusehen.

Aufgrund sehr starken Geruchs aus dem Schacht im Badezimmer, war das Wohnen dort für uns nicht möglich. Es zog sich durch die gesamte Wognung. Das Fell des Hundes und unsere Anziehsachen aus dem Koffer haben den Geruch ebenfalls angenommen. Den Vorschlag der Vermieterin, in eine andere Wohnung im Haus zu wechseln, haben wir ausgeschlagen. Die Urlaubsstimmung war dahin...

Unschöne Erfahrung - nicht mal der Charme der 70er kann überzeugen!
Wir haben das Appartment für einen kurzfristigen Aufenthalt in Cuxhaven gebucht. Das Appartment hat eine gute Küche und ein neues Bad aber der Rest ist absolut aus den 70ern und total ungemütlich. Laut Inserat sollen in diesem kleinen Appartement bis zu 6 Personen Platz, die Schlafsituation ist sehr beengt - 4 Personen müssen sich in ein total kleines Schlafzimmer quetschen und 2 Personen müssten auf die Schlafcoach in die Wohnküche. Im inserat hatten wir bis heute nicht gefunden, dass man die Bettwäsche und Handtücher extra bezahlen muss. Wir haben dann nur Bettwäsche genommen, welche aber auch wahllos zusammengewürfelt wurde und auch vom Muster genau in die 70er passte. Uns erschien es so, als wolle da jemand mit Gewalt richtig Geld verdienen und vermietet für den Preis wirklich alles. Wir sind übrigens sofort wieder abgereist und nicht dort geblieben. Da es zum Storno zu spät war, mussten wir für 2 Tage teures Lerngeld zahlen. Was man aber erwähnen muss: Die Verwalterin war sehr nett und es war ihr selber sehr unangenehm. Sie hat versucht noch Alternativen zu finden, was jedoch in der Hochsaison schwierig ist. Es wäre toll, wenn FeWe direkt versucht, vielleicht doch noch kulanterweise einen Teilbetrag zu erstatten. War ein schöner und erholsamer Urlaub. Die Wohnung hat uns im großen und ganzen gefallen und hatte alles was wir brauchten. Allerdings waren wir von den nicht ernannten Zusatzkosten überrascht. Auch die Sauberkeit war grenzwertig.

Ein Paar sehr schöne Tage gehabt
Kurzfristig gebucht, schönes Wetter gehabt, ganz nah zum Meer und alles was man gebraucht war in der Nähe. Die Wohnung sehr sauber, aber die Möbel schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen.

Schöner Urlaub in Duhnen!
Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet; super Lage um schnell an den Strand zu gelangen und alle Fragen die wir im Vorfeld hatten wurden schnell und präzise von Frau Möbius beantwortet. Wir waren fünf Tage in Duhnen mit unseren zwei Kinder und kommen gerne wieder!

Eine nette Wohnung zu einem guten Preis
Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Leider gibt es einen Fahrstuhl nur bis zur 3. Etage. Wer in der 4. Etage wohnt, muss leider noch eine Treppe nehmen. Angenehm ist der Bäckerladen auf dem angrenzenden Campingplatz.
