The beautiful location right on a small lake surrounded by wild nature, invites you to relax and watch animals. Nevertheless, one is fast in the city for shopping or shopping. In 5 minutes you will find the peninsula Boca Grande, known for its shell beaches. There are 5 golf courses nearby and we can arrange very cheap boat rentals to explore the many peninsulas and the sea. The house was on 28. July 2018

For the electric heating of the pool 10 € per day or 300 € per month will be charged. You can decide directly whether you want to use the pool heater or not the pool heater must not be set higher than temperature has (Max. 28 C / 82.4 F).

Quiet, serene, and relaxing.
This is one of the quietest areas I’ve stayed, in visits to Englewood area. The home was clean, well appointed, and it had everything I needed. The beds are very comfortable and the pool overlooking the lake is beautiful. The check-in process was seamless and anything I needed both the homeowner and or the manager were quick to respond. I look forward to returning to this area. Thank You.

House was very clean and well stocked, had everything described plus more. Space was wonderful for my family. We loved the kitchen right off the lanai/pool area, as we ate all meals on the outside dining area. The door from the lanai/pool to toilet was the most convenient I have experienced. Communication with the owner and local contact were both great, very responsive and attentive to every detail!

Beautiful house by a small lake
The house had everything we needed for our stay in Florida. The bikes were so nice to use to bike on the nearby bike trail which we used almost daily. There is a pump for the bike tires also in the garage. Spacious house with a nice separate room with a tv so the kids could have their own space to watch tv. Nice pool with a view of a small lake right outside to bird watch and even see an alligator who lives there. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The owner was also very responsive to any questions we had.

Swimming pool failed. Service came to fix the problem. We could not use swimming pool for 2 days.
We had paid extra fees for water heating , aluminum trays for grill , propane cylinder for grill lasted one use. Nothing special. Sorry.

We enjoyed our week in the house. It was well supplied with plenty of towels and all you would need for the beach. The location was nice, we enjoyed watching the wildlife in the lake out back. We would stay there again.

Beautiful and quiet vacation home.
This house was perfect! Literally had everything that you might need for your vacation. Great location, very quiet & close to different beaches. I’m very particular about places I stay, and I definitely felt safe there. We even saw an alligator in the lake the last few days we were there. We hope to go back there again sometime. Also, great communication with the owner! She’s a great host, and the place was perfect for our beach vacation.

This Villa was absolutely gorgeous and very clean! The location is beautiful and quiet with a small lake outback by the pool. I will definitely be choosing this home again when vacationing. The home owners were wonderful and we truly can’t thank them enough for their hospitality.
