Welcome to the HAPPY LOON NEST. Our home is a beautifully updated and roomy condo nestled in the White Mountains with stunning views of Loon's North Peak. Located off the Kamgamangus Highway and next to Loon Mountain (skiing, hiking & mountain biking), you can easily enjoy Lincoln’s multiple restaurants, skiing/ boarding, endless hiking trails, bike trails, rivers for tubing, and multiple local attractions (Alpine Adventures, Otter Rocks, Franconia Notch State Park, Flume Gorge, and more!). Our home is perfect for 1-2 families with comfortable beds, a fully stocked kitchen & patio overlooking North Peak. A bonus kids loft with video games, board games, and tv for quiet nights at home. A/C for warm summer nights and a gas fireplace for brisk fall weather. A perfect way to relax and take in nature after a day exploring. Welcome to our Happy Loon Nest! We hope you enjoy all that the White Mountains have to offer as much as we do!

SPRING, SUMMER, FALL
Our property is perfect for exploring Loon Mountain's gondola, mountain biking, and aerial tours; downtown Lincoln restaurants & stores; and endless outdoor adventures! To cool the hot days, we are a short walk to floating in the river or enjoying the Village of Loon's outdoor & indoor pools and jacuzzis. Bike along the paved trails to downtown Lincoln to play mini-golf, ride the Hobo Railroad, go zip lining, or play tennis/ pickle ball. The hiking is spectacular and endless from Lincoln Woods, to Flume Gorge, to any of the 48 4,000 footers.

WINTER
SKI SEASON! Lincoln is a wonderful place to explore all of winter's wonders:
* Skiing or boarding at Loons expanded mountain is easy with free shuttle service on weekends and vacation weeks
* tubing at loon mountain (advanced purchase tickets)
* ziplining with Loon or Alpine Adventures
* cross country skiing & snow-shoeing at Lincoln Woods or Loon
* Ice Castles

THE SPACE
Our condo is can comfortably sleep 9, with a king bed in the master, queen bed in the 2nd bedroom, and 5 beds (2 sets of bunks and a trundle) in the bunk room!
There is an open concept family room with lofted ceiling, huge picture windows, gas fireplace, A/C and ceiling fans. It is perfect for relaxing, watching TV (2 Smart TVs and Apple TV), or chatting about the daily activities. There is a small area for outdoor games like cornhole, throwing a football or enjoying the sunshine.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped, stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar, granite counters, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, toaster oven, knife set, instapot, spices, cooking basics, dishware & flatware

GENERAL: Free high speed 5G WiFi, linens/towels, toiletries, washer/dryer (with soap), hair dryer, trash bags, paper towels, kitchen soap, shampoo, conditioner

GUEST ACCESS
Guests have access to the entire condo during their stay. The condo has 2 parking spaces (and visitor parking out front); and a private entrance with a key pad on the door for self-checkin.

OTHER THINGS
-Sorry we love animal, but this is NOT a pet friendly rental, due to allergies (sorry!)
-Our condo may not be suited to people with limited mobility, as there are many stairs to reach the condo and within the condo. It may also be challenging to have a toddler and baby, due to a number of open staircases.
- We can arrange access to outdoor/ indoor pools and hot tubs & tennis courts (in season) at The Village of Loon upon request

Family ski weekend

My family came here for a ski weekend. We are ages 17-79. The condo is beautiful and the perfect location to Loon Mountain. The shuttle to the mountain was easy to use and allowed us to come and go at different times. The hosts were great and provided helpful tips and clear communication from the start. Highly recommend a stay here.

Great ski weekend getaway!

We loved Melissa’s place! Plenty of space for 2 families of 4. The place was clean, well stocked, and location was awesome. Having the shuttle at the end of the road was super convenient. We would definitely rent again.

Family trip up north!

We really enjoy staying at Melissa’s place. The place was clean well stocked with the essentials very close to several OK restaurants. I would stay there again. Whole process was very easy and the Condo look like it was just renovated.

We loved our week in this beautifully cared for condo! The inside is gorgeous, laid out perfectly for cooking and entertaining. We instantly felt right at home here. Great stay in heart of White Mountains

Our family had an amazing vacation at Loon Nest in Lincoln. The home is extremely comfortable, cozy, and surprisingly spacious. Melissa was a great host and was extremely responsive - answering any questions we had almost immediately. I highly recommend a stay here if you're vacationing im the Whirlte Mountains, and look forward to coming back myself!

Wonderful condo for ski trip

This place is amazing. Everything looks so new and is very clean. We have 2 families with total of 8 people. Kids love this place and didn’t want to leave. Adults also love this place for the reasons above plus it’s super close to the loon mountain ski resort. We had a very wonderful weekend there. Definitely a 5 star rating!

Great get-away

The house was perfect for our family of 2 teens and a pre-teen. Cozy for movie night in front of the fireplace. Kitchen has everything for family dinners. We loved the games and took a trip to the pool. We had a great time skiing at loon! Would love to go back!

Beautiful Home and Great Location!

We stayed for a ski weekend with another family. The house was beautiful, there was plenty of room for 4 adults and 3 teens, and there was a shuttle to Loon Mountain a short walk away. Melissa was fabulous - we had some slight hiccups due to the extraordinary cold and she was super accommodating and responsive. We are already thinking about booking for next year :)

Wonderful!

We loved our stay! Melissa was an exceptional host and went out of her way to make us feel at home and make sure we had everything we needed. The place itself is beautiful and everything we could have hoped for. The shuttle to Loon was very convenient and ran frequently - we felt just steps from the slopes.

Beautiful and thoughtfully arranged vacation home

My family and I stayed at the Happy Loon Nest over Labor Day weekend, and we were so grateful to have discovered this beautiful and thoughtfully arranged vacation home. Standing in the living room with its many windows and surrounding trees and mountain view gave the impression we were in a luxurious tree house. My kids and husband adored the short walk to the river and the use of the nearby Loon pool. I loved the way everything we would need was there for us so that we could relax and not spend countless hours making shopping trips to get small items. The materials selected by the owners are beautiful to look at but also durable and smart - for example, when sitting in the leather recliner chair, if it shifted it did not scrape the beautiful floor, and when putting a glass down on the dining room table, it did not stain the wood. Thank you for giving us a great vacation!

Beautiful and comfortable!

This home was so beautiful and comfortable! The owners thought of all the details, and it was the most well stocked house we have ever rented. The location was perfect - such a convenient, ideal home base for all of our activities. We also enjoyed having access to the pools at the Village at Loon. Communication with the owners was excellent. We would love to come back! Thank you for making us feel so at home!

Beautiful Loon condo

The condo was beautiful and extremely clean. My 4 year old thought the bunk room was awesome. The queen and king beds were very comfortable. Having access to a washer/ dryer was super convenient. The location was perfect - we were close to everything with a short drive - less than 5 min to "downtown" Lincoln. We brought our 4 year old and 18 month old with us and used the pool every day after our daily adventures. We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again!

The Happy Loon Nest is the perfect place for enjoying the outdoors or sitting back and relaxing with your family. Its location is perfect for all seasonal activities from floating in the Pemigewasset, hiking in Lincoln Woods, to biking/ skiing at Loon. The condo is well designed with plenty of space for adults and children to be together, or to spread out for separate activities. We also love to cook, so our condo's kitchen is ready for meal preparation with many cooking essentials to help make preparing family meals easier.

Every time we walk into the Happy Loon Nest...we smile, we relax, and we pause to enjoy nature and family. The balcony shares her views of Loon's North Peak as we sip morning coffee; the fireplace in the family room encourages a book and a nap; and the kitchen table welcomes us to share family meals and play board games.
