Das Ferienhaus liegt ruhig, ca. 1km vom Zentrum und Bahnhof und nur 100m von einem Edeka Markt und weiteren Märkten und Bäckereien entfernt. Das Haus wurde 2013 neu gebaut und liegt in einem ruhigen Neubaugebiet in Gengenbach. Die zwei FeWo befinden sich im 1.Stockwerk. Sie bieten Platz für 2-4 Personen und sind mit einer Fußbodenheizung, modernem Bad mit ebener Dusche und Waschmaschine. Die FeWo haben moderne, voll ausgestattete Küchen mit Geschirrspüler, Cerankochfeld, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank und Senseo-Kaffeemaschine. Gengenbach bietet eine hervorragende Auswahl an Restaurants und Cafés und bietet etliche Sehenswürdigkeiten, Museen und Veranstaltungen zu jeder Jahreszeit, sowie traumhafte Ausflugsziel für jeden Geschmack. Schwimmbäder, Fahrradverleih, Minigolf, Golf, Tennis und vieles mehr sind in der Nähe zu nutzen. Vor dem Haus steht Ihnen ein eigener Parkplatz, sowie ein Fahrradstellplatz zur Verfügung. Sehr nette Gastgeberin und tolle Lage

In der Ferienwohnung hat es an nichts gefehlt. Gute Anbindung, um die Umgebung zu erkunden und bis in die Altstadt ist es auch zu Fuß nicht weit,wo es sehr schöne Restaurants gibt. Einkaufsmöglichk.sind fußläufig zu erreichen.

Fantastic apartment

We absolutely loved this apartment. It is very spacious, absolutely spotlessly clean and has all the amenities you could want for a holiday stay. The owner is lovely, we don't have much German and she doesn't have much English so we commicated mostly by email but she was really responsive and we found that language was no issue at all. The apartment is located in a lovely estate with some beautiful properties, and about a 15 minute walk to the town centre which is absolutely stunning and has a good choice of restaurants, cafes and shops. The town swimming pool is also worth a visit if you have children, and with the Konus card is free entry. We had an absolutely brilliant time and hope to return in future.
