We had 8 of us visit for the New Year and loved our stay! It was so close to the private beach. Super short, easy walk to get there. We also loved having access to a pickle ball court. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Getaway!
We truly enjoyed our stay in this home. From the flowers, convenience to everything, and the well furnished kitchen, everything was lovely. I will have to say I now want some Hinkle hexclad pans of my own. The beach was serene and so close. The house was very welcoming. My husband wants to let you know that the thermostat was blinking with a battery light prohibiting it from working, but he was able to find batteries and all was well. Patrick was very informative and easy to reach. He answered every message quickly. Again, thanks for sharing your home. It was fabulous! I would recommend to anyone who wants a convenient beach experience. So much good food nearby too! We are leaving now.

This was the perfect place. It was close to everything, pool, beach, attractions, etc. The private beach with the beach chair and umbrella was a major plus. Nice quiet gated neighborhood. We would definitely stat here again.

The location was wonderful with a short walk to both a nice pool in the conplex and beautiful clean white beach and clear emerald ocean. Our unit was dated but decorated well wirh everything we needed. Unfortunely, the carpets and rooms were not clean in corners and along edges and we had roaches in the unit.

Nice townhouse to stay in that is close to everything Destin has to offer. For a place that is rented weekly by different families, it was clean. It could use a few more cooking skillets and wash rags. It was a little dated on the inside, but still nice enough for a great vacation.

A slice of paradise
This condo was PERFECT! My family and I booked with Patrick for a quick visit. His communication was precise, and easy. I felt like I was chatting with a friend I'd known for years. Upon check in, the pace was comfortable, super cute and clean. Plenty of amenities were provided. The beach was everything. Walking distance from the condo. My kids loved the pool too. Such a kid friendly/family area. Loads to do around the area as well. I will definitely save this as one of my favorite spots, and book again in the future.
