This stylish and spacious suite is a private unit within a large house, which is perfect for a professional traveler. 1bdrm (Queen Size bed) / private bath, for a single, on the 2nd floor ( 12 steps ); like an upscale hotel suite.
Due to the unit size, building structure, steps and bathroom design, type of furniture and safety issues, as well as excessive wear and tear liability, the unit WOULD NOT FIT LARGE FRAME PERSONS / ANYONE ABOVE 200 lbs.
Includes: kitchenette (cooktop, microwave, fridge, coffee maker), 2 TV's (local stations; streaming via your account), Wi Fi, parking.
W/D in common area: $6/ load.
7 minute to Capitol; 20 - Hershey.

Due to the unit size, building structure, bathroom design, type of furniture and safety issues, as well as excessive wear and tear liability, the unit WOULD NOT FIT LARGE FRAME PERSONS / ANYONE ABOVE 200 lbs.
House Rules:
1. You will get the door code + Internet code + a tour of your unit with the "DO's" and the "DONT's" - upon arrival.
2. Guests do NOT pay a cleaning fee IF they keep, and return, the unit clean; $100 deposit is REQUIRED at arrival.
3. Our relative low rates depends on your help to conserve energy and utilities: use water responsibly; report about leaks immediately; no cooling below 68, no heating above 72.
4. You are a guest and are not allowed to bring your guests or visitors (others who are not on the reservation list) unless specifically permitted in writing. Trespassing will be a police matter.
5. House rules follow PA Tenement, Lodging, and Boarding Houses Act. No smoking, vaping, candles, any open fire or storing any flammable material. No use or storing illegal drugs, or excessive drinking. No partying. No additional small appliances without prior approval. No pets.
6. We apply pest control and disinfect as per CDC guidelines. Way before the Corona era, the spread of bedbugs was, and remains a major issue. Due to our tight pesticide procedures, WE HAVE NOT HAD BED-BUGS EVER IN OUR PLACES. You, as a guest, must assure that your belongings are not infected.
You agree to let us enter your unit, once notified about maintenance and pest control procedures.
7. Any violation may immediately terminate your stay, without a refund.
We are committed to offer our Super Guests, a Super Hosts level service!
