This charming ranch features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths along with updated kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms! The Backyard is your very own paradise, with a tiki bar, paver patio, outdoor shower and seating for entertaining and more. Home is only 1.5 blocks from the beach, and all Seaside Heights has to offer!

Note: This home is ideal for families. No party of of any kind. There are security cameras along the outside of the home covering all sides and entry points for your safety and protection.

Clean & comfortable

Decent home, plenty of room for our small family, 2 couples with 2 small children. House is well cared for Kitchen is well stocked, lots of thoughtful touches like spices for cooking, WiFi & wine glasses:) We didn’t use the outdoor space but it looks like a fun gathering spot in the summer months.I would definitely reccommend.

Met my sons & one of foe Thanksgiving holiday . We each had our own rooms , which because of location were very prove which was nice . Location was great plenty pf stores around , so if yiu needed anything you just get to it quickly . Would definitly rent the hose again. their girlfriends fot Rhanksgivonhs

Cute weekend getaway for a girls trip

All was fine except we had to bring our own bed sheets. Everything else for the beds (pillows and comforters) are provided though.

Fun with Friends

Our groups of two moms and four kids had a blast in Seaside. The house had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Convenient walk to everything and great space to hang out with after a day at the beach. Having two bathrooms was amazing too. Our host was responsive and helpful throughout the process. Great spot!

Great place for beach and boardwalk access

Overall, we had a great experience. The contact person was very friendly and quickly responded to all questions and concerns almost immediately, which was fantastic. The only real issue we had was with the cleanliness of the location. It was not “dirty” or run down but we spent our first day there running a vacuum. The floors also could have used a mopping before we arrived. The small carpet in the living room was taken outside and I was tempted to throw it away after dusting it off. Otherwise, I would have no problem renting again. It is a nice place and perfect for our group.

Great location and amazing space

This home is even better than the pictures! We had everything we needed for our stay and it was so great having an outdoor shower and grill for the holiday weekend. The house is close enough to the boardwalk that it’s only a 5 minute walk but far enough at the end that it was very quiet even on a busy holiday weekend.

The property was better than advertised. Great host who was very responsive to our needs ( which were very few since she provided everything as promised) make sure you remember to bring your vacation attitude because once you’re at the Shirl the Pearl beach house you will never want to leave!

Weekend Stay

We had a short weekend stay here in this really cozy and comfortable beach house over the late winter for my son’s tournament in Tom’s River. Aside from some challenges with the door code and alarm system, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Jennifer was super responsive and helpful and we would absolutely stay here again!

Best little getaway!

The home was cozy, welcoming and the neighborhood was friendly. The privacy in the back yard was a plus and we really enjoyed the separation that the home allowed us with our children. Our littles were close to the Master while our older two had their own little space on a lower level. Cooking was simple as everything we needed to prepare dinner was provided. All in all, I would return to this property next time we stay in NJ!

Cozy clean house walking distance to boardwalk

This house was cozy and clean. We liked the location as we could walk to the boardwalk for meals and snacks and exercise. I had not stayed in this area before and wasn’t sure how equipped the house would be since we had to bring our own sheets and towels. But there was no reason to worry! The house was very well equipped with soap, paper products, cooking items and all the little things that make a stay pleasant. We were here for a funeral but wouldn’t hesitate to stay again for fun.

Perfect house, perfect trip

We were a party of 2 adults and 3 older kids and the house was absolutely perfect for us. The layout enabled the adults to have a little distance from the kids when we wanted some! Really lovely yard with a bar (!) and comfy furniture for lounging. Walkable to the beach. Couldn't ask for more. We look forward to returning in warm weather.

Nice home in Seaside

This home was more than we anticipated Clean, comfortable, nice furnishings, well stocked They have done a great job upgrading and made this a wonderful place to spend time. This home is great in any season. I can only imagine the summer when you can fully enjoy the awesome backyard. Pleasant stay

It was our family’s first time renting a home in Seaside Heights. The home was very cozy for our family of 5. We cooked A LOT and the kitchen had almost all the tools needed to cook. The backyard was a bit dusty but the set up was convenient for us to grill and enjoy our dinner/drinks. Our fav part was the ninja warrior course/playground 2 min walking distance from the house. Our kids went back everyday. Jennifer was super understanding and so quick in getting back to us. We would love to go back with our family again.
