Special features include a desert chic comfortable living room with gas fireplace which opens up to a lovely outdoor patio and access to the greenbelt. Smart televisions in the living room and master bedroom. High speed WiFi throughout the home and backyard. Fully equipped kitchen with gracious space to make the cooking experience easy. Walk out to the private outdoor patio and dining experience to take in blue skies and desert sun while enjoying breakfast, lunch or dinner. If that is not enough, you and your guest can take fabulous walks to enjoy pickleball, tennis, golf, swim or bocce ball within a safe and gated community surrounded by desert vibes. Short drive to Indian Wells Tennis Garden, Palm Springs, El Paseo, Joshua Tree, and other hot spot attractions with access to many restaurants and entertainment.

Why they chose this property
We came to Indian Palms because it was close to Coachella and Stagecoach, but decided to buy because we loved the feel of the desert and all of the amenities at Indian Palms.
