Great Sedona home for large group

The house was clean, well equipped, and had nice features like the putting green and hot tub. It provided plenty of room for 5 adults. The bedding and linens were very nice as well. I would recommend this house to anyone visiting Sedona.

Amazing place

It was such a nice cozy experience, wish we would of been able to stay more time. John responded quickly to all my questions, once we got in to the property there were no concerns. Everything that we needed was provided. We had children with us which was very comfortable and child friendly. It was a very clean home which is always appreciated, overall a great stay and will definitely be returning.

Great Christmas vacation

This home was perfect for my family to spend a week in Sedona at Christmas time. House was decorated for us with a Christmas tree and other decorations. Close to towns, hiking and able to walk to some trails. The outdoor hot tub and fire pit was the best.

Family get together

Great space for a family of 6 adults. We used the hot tub, grill and played the board games. Played pickleball in the Sedona public park and hiked many trails. Had a great time. Went for happy hour at the resort up block

Great House For Our Family Vacation

We had a great experience, the house was clean and very spacious with a nice backyard and hot tub with nice views of the red rocks. John was responsive and accommodating.

Family vacation

This is a fabulous property with all the amenities and nestled in prime Sedona area. We loved the spacious great room, dining area and outdoor hot tub, putting green, fireplace and more! The check in and out process was easy as well as communication with our host. Will be back!

Perfect location

This was the perfect spot for our group of six. We each had our own, comfortable bed. John was very responsive to our questions. We were very close to downtown Sedona so it was easy to get to restaurants, hiking and shopping. The kitchen was well equipped. Thanks for a great weekend. I would definitely stay here again.

This house and Sedona!!

Were absolutely beautiful! All 3 of us adults got our own room, and the 2 teenagers got the upstairs which had 3 full size beds instead of bunk beds and they were delighted! The house was clean and well stocked with anything needed for cooking and/or grilling out. The hot tub and fireplace are a nice touch! TV's in every room and 3 bathrooms that worked out well for the 5 of us. The location is just down the hill from the main highway we came in on with easy and quick access to Uptown Sedona where many shops and restaurants are located. Jon is a most excellent host and responds quickly to messages. (We never had to call him - everything was great). Highly recommend this house and Sedona. Beautiful inside and in every direction outside!

Destination wedding

The house was in a great location, close to everything! John communicated very well with me and we had no issues. Enough space in the kitchen and family rooms so we never felt too cramped while getting ready for my daughter’s wedding. If you’re a fan of awesome water pressure the master bathroom shower was amazing. I would love to return and experience Sedona again!

Sedona Getaway

The property was conveniently located just a few minutes outside of the hustle and bustle of the main road through town, so it was convenient to get to things, but quiet and less congested. The house had tons of space inside and a great backyard to relax in.

Amazing home

We loved everything about this home! Excellent location- 10min to downtown, only 5 min to Bell Rock trailhead. Very comfortable, clean, spacious. Hot tub was great! And kids loved the mini golf in backyard. Didn’t have a chance to enjoy the fire pit but we did try it out and works fine. Well stocked kitchen. Great layout for a giant kids space upstairs, and 3 couples downstairs. Absolutely loved this place!!

We loved our stay here. We had 7 friends staying there. There was so much room for us to spread out and have our own space. Beds were super comfortable. And we absolutely loved the hot tub… got in every night! The location was perfect. Communication with John was very easy.

Daughter's wedding

We were in Sedona for our daughter's wedding. This house was great for our group. We had several competitions on the little putting green. We had a terrific time.

Great Location, Wonderful Hot Tub, House Could Use Some Updates

Our family stayed at the property on a cool and rainy couple of days. We didn't spend much time outside except for the hot tub at night. Overall, the house was OK. The location of the house is great and easily accessible. The hot tub was nice and a great addition. The kitchen is OK for the amount of dishes and cookware for our family of 5. If you have a large group you'll want to get some disposable plates and utensils. We did have a couple issues with the property which the owner addressed right away. The house is a little dated and could use some updates and a good deep cleaning, but overall was OK.
