This condo is a second floor unit with lots of privacy, steps away from resort style community pool, jacuzzi and BBQ. This unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, including a large tub and standing rainfall shower with bench. Wireless internet, 3 smart flat-screen TVs, full kitchen with new appliances, fully equipped with everything needed to make you feel at home, including Keurig, toaster, microwave and more! Both bedrooms have a deluxe queen sized mattress. Complex has shared laundry facility, coin or credit card accepted, just steps away. Single assigned covered parking.

- PARKING: Visitor Parking is available but not shaded.
- Peaceful neighborhood with strictly enforced quiet hours past 10 p.m.
-AC/Heat is centrally controlled by condo. AC chiller is switched on in March, exact date depends on weather each season. The AC is currently turned on.
