Kitchen: The open kitchen is fully equipped. It features stainless steel appliances & granite countertops, with seating for 3 at the large island. A custom, bench-style dining room table seats seven to eight guests, so you can enjoy a memorable meal together.
Living Room : The living room features a large flat-screen TV, upscale furnishings and generous seating. It overlooks the private fenced backyard and patio. so you can extend your relaxation and entertainment to the beautifully landscaped outdoors.
Ensuite: The Ensuite features a plush Queen bed, large walk-in closet, seating and dresser. The bathroom offers a double sink vanity & large glass walk-in shower.
Guest Bedroom 1: This sunny bedroom is serenely decorated and features a plush Queen bed, hardwood floors, dresser, full closet & flat screen TV.
Guest Bedroom 2: The roomy second guest bedroom is perfect for the kiddos with 2 twin beds, a dresser & flat-screen TV.

PARKING: Due to HOA rules, there is a max of 2 cars allowed to park in the driveway. (This includes Golf Carts). The garage is not equipped for vehicles, but does contain beach chairs, wagons and toys for your enjoyment. There is a small overflow lot right outside of the gate (walking distance from the home) where extra cars can be parked. ABSOLUTELY NO PARKING ON THE STREET OR GRASS!!! You will be subject to a $250.00 fine, plus towing at your expense.

There is limited assistance for check-ins after 9:00pm.
