The Classy Camp
About this space
The Camp is a one bedroom one bath neatly located on 6 acres in south grant parish 9 miles from Louisiana College in Pineville La. The Camp hosts a beautiful picturesque view of a one acre lake from the back porch. Please watch your children the lake is deep. The Camp sleeps 6. 1queen size bed 1bunk bed 1 pull out sofa. This house is very clean. Fishing will be available soon. This cozy cottage also has central heat and air, washer and dryer, coffee pot stove microwave. Families are welcome.
The house is 900 square feet with the porches included. The bathroom is full functional with towels wash rags and toilet paper hairdryer too. Bedroom has full dresser and living room has closet.

Other things to note:
Family friendly HOWEVER there is no fence around the lake so children must be watched. There is no swimming in the water because there is fishing structure in the water. No slime or anything of the such that will stain the home. We take great care to have a very clean home for our customers. Fishing is catch and release, the fish are very small right now because we just stocked it. The Camp is very private and cozy.
