Luxury single family residence, the incredible kitchen has quartz countertops and huge refrigerator, 2 TVs and fresh vinyl flooring throughout. 3 Bedrooms are located on the 3rd floor, another master bedroom is the 4th bedroom on the ground floor with full bath. The rooftop deck is above it all with views and Short 5-10 min Uber to the Carnival, Viking, Princess and other cruise lines and walk to the new boardwalk. 2 car garage. Wonderful restaurants nearby and art galleries, coffee and tea houses and a few bars. Live music on some nights. Great for long stays.

This location is about the best in the city. You can walk to the new Boardwalk that has performances and upcoming expansion will include entertainment

What makes this property unique

The Upscale Interior and amenities of the house will make your stay luxurious. We have a sound system with very nice speakers and hundreds of CDs to choose from. Your phone can connect to Bluetooth with the amp. If you need help understanding the bluetooth setup give me a call
