Large, updated 2 bed/2 bath condo with 2 designated covered parking spots and just a 3-minute walk to the sand of South Beach, to shops, restaurants and the pier.

2A Better Place is a bright and beachy condo perfect for families, couples, friends or singles! Tastefully decorated, bright living area with comfy sofa, loveseat and smart television. Also a lovely work space so you can work from “home!” Enjoy cooking in the fully-stocked kitchen with everything you'll need to cook a quick meal, or a gourmet dinner. Sit down for meals in the dining area next to the kitchen - or outside on the deck. Take in the sweet smell of the salt air from the large front deck with peek-a-boo ocean views. Primary bedroom offers a roomy king bed, smart TV and updated en-suite bathroom with large shower. Second bedroom has adorable twin beds, with full bathroom and washer and dryer in hall.

Park your car in the 2 covered parking spots and walk less than 200 yards to Tybee’s beautiful 18th Street beach, five minutes to restaurants, bars, shops, night life, and the pier.

Quick getaway for Spring Break

We are from Augusta and wanted a short getaway while the Masters was in town. 2A Better Place met all of our needs. The walk to the beach or pier was short which was nice. Parking a large vehicle is challenging but doable and we knew that in advance. Melissa was also very responsive when the AC in the unit above us caused water leakage in her living room. We will definitely rent again.

Well-appointed, clean, centrally located condo steps from the beach.

Decided to checkout Tybee Island and Savannah, GA for a long weekend with my two little boys. Booked 2A Better Place and couldn't have been any happier with my decision. 2A Better Place is an excellently appointed condo full of amenities, including a fully stocked kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer with detergent/dryer sheets, bathrooms stocked with toiletries such as shampoo and conditioner, board games and Wi-Fi for rainy days, and access to beach toys/wagon. The condo is ideally located - only a bike-ride away from town and steps to the beach. The unit is well-furnished, cozy, and exceptionally clean. Our host Melissa was very responsive to our needs and made the check-in-and-out process extremely easy. The layout and furniture configuration were ideal for traveling with two small children, although would also be great for a friends-weekend away too. We will definitely be staying at 2A Better Place again!

We were delighted to find that this condo matched the listing pictures and details exactly. The place was clean and well furnished and furbished. All the information we needed - from how to work the tv to the house rules - was clear and prominently displayed. The parking was fine - the space allotted accommodated our Tucson and Ford F250 truck. And this condo really is a 3 minute walk to Tybee pier. We enjoyed our stay and plan to rent it again.

Perfect location

This place was a great find! It is very roomy and clean! Nice area. Very short walk to beach, restaurants and nightlife. Nice outdoor patio with furniture. You can park and never get in your car again until time to leave. Melissa was great, actually got to meet and chat with her. We will be back. Thanks for a great stay

Tybee Get-a-way

This was our third stay at this wonderful condo, and it keeps getting better each time! My wife, our two kids (ages 4 and 7), my friend, his wife, and their son all enjoyed a fantastic getaway here. The condo is always impeccably clean and well-equipped. We loved the games available, which kept both the kids and adults entertained. The Roku TV was a big hit with the kids, making it easy to find their favorite shows after a fun day out. The double bedroom option for the kids was perfect, giving them their own space while we relaxed. We also appreciated the beach toys in the garage. Even though we didn’t use them, it’s great to have the option, especially with kids. We’ve also stayed in the neighboring condo managed by the same person, which was equally nice. That’s why we made sure to book with the same manager again when our usual condo wasn’t available. Communication with the manager has always been a breeze, and this time we got to meet her while she was tending to another property. This condo remains our top choice for a family-friendly stay, and we can't wait to return!

Wonderful!

I just stayed a couple of nights as I was helping move my adult daughter into a new place for her job. This clean and well located condo provided a little oasis to return to after moving boxes all day!

Great location and condo

We will definitely return to this location. It’s so close to all the shops and restaurants, but far enough away that it is quiet. My son and I just left this morning and I already wish we were back. It’s so close to the 18th St. Beach access which is a little distance from the crowds around the Pier. The condo had beach chairs, a beach mat and a small cooler. We didn’t use them because we brought our own, but it’s nice to know they were there in case we hadn’t brought our own. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. We met the property manager when we were leaving, and she was super sweet. It’s always nice to meet the person you are communicating with about the property.

Great Condo

This is a great condo to stay at!! My husband, 17 year old son and 8 year old son and I stayed here for 5 days. They had everything we needed. It is also a short walk to the beach which we loved because we could spend hours at the beach but be able to come back to eat so we didnt have to carry so much stuff to the beach. We will definitely be staying agian.

We LOVE Tybee! We lived in Savannah for six blissful years, there is no place else we would want to own a vacation home - we even got married on the beach about 5 minutes from the condo. There is nothing we love more than sharing our love of Tybee with others - we think it's a place that will work its way into your heart and never leave.

Why they chose this property

Close to the beach, the pier, nightlife, restaurants and bars - you can park your car at the condo and not get in it again until you have to leave!

What makes this property unique

Who doesn't want to be a 3 minute walk to the beach? You can run back for a drink, a quick nap or to grab anything you need.

We love riding our bikes around the island - ride to watch the sunset over the river, to North Beach and the lighthouse, Marine Science Center and more.
