La Casa Resort is located at 6808 Westside Road, Kelowna. Please check the location before booking, as it is approximately 30 minutes west of Kelowna city centre.

The tennis, pickleball, mini-golf, kids' playground, and volleyball courts are open yearly, depending on the weather.

The main pool opens on the 1st of May and closes after the October Thanksgiving weekend - Heated Pool

Upper Terazona pool opens on 15th June and closes at the end of September - Heated Pool

Note: Occasionally, the strata may shut down an amenity for repairs or maintenance; therefore, we will notify the guests as soon as the host is informed.

The cottage backs onto a provincial park with trails for hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, dirt biking, and snowshoeing.

The primary renter must be 25 years old and stay at the cottage throughout the booking. Quiet times are 11:00 PM to 08:00 AM.

Please note that we are family-friendly but not kid-proofed. We are also pet-friendly; please be aware of this. On approval, a maximum of one dog is allowed.

Dog friendly - we provide the puppy with a dog bed and bowls.

Infant / Kid-friendly - high chair, pack & playpen, baby gate, toys, books, plastic bowls, plates, cups and cutlery, crib blankets (please note pack & play is not a crib and not safe sleep and to be used on own risk).

Other items include a sewing kit, iron and ironing board, first aid kit, spill kit, decorations for Easter, Christmas, and Thanksgiving, and blankets for the deck.

Bed 3 - 1 x Twin & 1 Double bed and closet (twin bed is for a younger child and not for an adult).

Bedroom 2 can accommodate three kids or teens, two adults and one child (plus pack and playpen), or a combination of three people and a playpen using the double bed bunk and twin bed. Note that the twin bed is above the double bed. Supervision is required for all minors who use the bunk beds at all times. Separate from this room are a queen and king bed.

Please note that the garage is not included in the rental; two parking spaces are available on the driveway, and extra parking is approximately fifty meters from the cottage in front of the pool and hot tub. Only two cars are permitted on the driveway at any time.

Optic TV, optic WIFI internet. It is beautifully decorated and comfortably fits seven people. The primary renter is responsible for ensuring cottage toys are a good fit for infants/children; otherwise, please place them in a closed closet for safety and out of reach for babies, toddlers and young children. The cottage has linens, towels, bedding, a fully equipped kitchen, and more. Enjoy the resort all year round, as there is so much to do throughout the seasons (pool and hot tubs are seasonal and are open at various times; please check opening times for more details).

There are many wineries, orchards, breweries, and cheese factories throughout the Okanagan to visit. There are ski resorts and snowshoeing for the winter and horse riding and hiking trails for the other seasons. Stunning golf courses within approximately 30/40 minutes of the resort. A resort taxi pontoon is available for lake rides across to the wineries opposite the resort (seasonal). Tour companies also pick up from the resorts and visit various wineries across Kelowna. A Ring doorbell camera is on the outside main door entrance to the right of the front door, covering the entrance landing and recording motion and sound. A video camera to the left of the outside garage door covers the parking area in front of the garage and records motion. Please note that both cameras are outside; there are no inside cameras. Several stairs are required to enter the cottage, and internal stairs are needed to climb to the second floor.

Seasonal hire is available for the resort's kayaks, paddle boards, and golf carts. Make sure to reserve upon booking Jasmine Cottage.

No smoking, vaping or drugs are to be used in Jasmine Cottage or on the property decks and grounds. La Casa Resort is a non-smoking location across all areas of the resort.

Please note that the contents and colours in the pictures will change occasionally, as the cottage is always in the makeover stage for guests! On occasion, items are damaged or broken and replaced as soon as possible; however, these items may need to be replaced and may change in size or appearance as quickly as possible before a new guest arrives. We ensure the cleanliness of Jasmine Cottage is at the highest standards and a priority. Cleaning checklists and post-clean photos and videos are taken the day of a guest's arrival to ensure there is no question about the cottage being presented to our guests at the highest cleaning standards and that everything is in working order.

La Casa has recently built a new water treatment plant, and with the latest treatment plant recently placed into the entire operation, we have been put on a water quality advisory. Information is provided in the welcome folder. The cottage has a large water cooler and a 27-cup Brita filter water dispenser for guests.

The owners are not liable for personal injuries or damages to travellers, their belongings, or their vehicles during their stay.

As we back onto a provincial park, we occasionally get bugs entering the cottage; the best defence against these critters is to keep the doors closed! There is also wildlife around the resort and in the provincial park area.
