Amazing stay!

This house is right off the boardwalk, centrally located and near shops (Starbucks is our favorite). The house was in amazing condition and Julie was great with communication! We can’t wait to stay here again in the future!

Family Labor Day stay

This place is in a fantastic location and beautifully updated with high-end appliances. All standard paper products and soaps were included which helped make this an easy extended weekend trip. You can tell the owner really invested in the property. Only 2 suggestions - 1 - the mini-split air conditioner in the living space is not placed well and makes it a little less efficient to cool the first floor. Although there are air-conditioners in two bedrooms - where the other mini-splits were placed made the temperature highly fluctuated across the space. Also, there was another family renting out the 2nd and 3rd floors and they were unaware we were renting out the first floor so they had started to unpack on the first floor. It did make my family, with teen girls, uncomfortable that the code is shared across multiple people and no other way to lock the door so anyone in the other floors could have entered the property at any time. I would have felt more secure if the codes were different. Fantastic location, well appointed, and a great stay overall.
