Wonderful play to stay in a quiet neighborhood near the beach

We came for a quiet vacation to relax. We found this home to be a perfect spot to do so. The pool was warm and the house was clean and nicely appointed. Plenty of beach towels and pool toys provided. Just a short 15 minute drive to the beach. We would stay here again!

A wonderful house to stay at!

This house is a perfect place to stay in the Sebastian area! Both times we have stayed here it has been perfectly clean, and the host makes the whole check in process very easy. It is in a lovely neighborhood, and we especially like the heated pool, we will definitely be staying here again!

Perfect homebase for your FL vacation

The house was very well maintained and conveniently located within 15 minutes of everything we had planned during our stay. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. It was perfect!

Great Family Spot

The house was perfect for our family of 4 plus my in-laws. Everything you need for babies was a plus! Baby gate around the pool kept my toddler safe! Very clean with all the family beach vaca accommodations!! Thank you!

Fun winter getaway

My family came into Sebastian from Pennsylvania mid-winter, and enjoyed an excellent stay. We spent time at the Jackie Robinson complex for a tournament, as well as at the beach. Weather was fantastic, the house was great, and the kids really enjoyed eating dinner each night out back then having a swim in mid-February. The property owners are excellent, responsive and informative, and the house was pristine. Hope to come back next year!

Heated pool is great the house is perfect to just come back to and relax. Had dinners out by the pool which was amazing. Very quiet neighborhood. Owners answered every question in minutes. Sebastian is your destination then this is the house

The most sweetest, relaxing stay. They had everything we needed! Great for kids, especially with the heated pool it was a big hit and we never wanted to get out of it.

Awesome stay

The house is great, the kids loved the pool. The kitchen was well stocked. The beach is only a 10 minutes’ drive and there are 4 beach chairs and an umbrella available. We will definitely come back.

Perfect Family Friendly Stay

One of the best VRBOs we’ve stayed at!

This VRBO was one of the best VRBO’s we’ve ever stayed at. We stayed here for more than a week and would definitely consider coming back to this property. The house was really clean and everything was fully stocked; laundry pods,toilet paper,paper towels, dish soap,shampoo,conditioner,body wash lots of Keurig pods,etc. We were impressed, because every time we needed anything, this house had it! The beds were so comfortable. The pool was perfect! Nice and warm and plenty of pool toys to keep the kids busy. We felt safe with the mesh fence up too! The house also had games,puzzles,books for the kids. That kept them busy on our less active days. We have 3 kids all under the age of 6 and this property was great for kids. The neighborhood felt super safe. It was quiet and family friendly. There was a bassinet,pack n’play, high chair,baby bath chair and so much more. We also loved being able to park the car in the garage. You really didn’t need to travel more than 15 min to get anywhere. Grocery stores, gas stations,and restaurants are close by which is a plus! Don’t hesitate coming here; you won’t regret it!

Graduation trip

We loved our stay here.y nephew graduated highschool and we came to attwnd that. We loced the home and location. The pool was great and was a hit with the kids. Well cleaned, stocked and maintained home. Would love to stay again!

Everything about this rental was outstanding. The host provided great communication. The house was very clean, well decorated, and had absolutely everything you could want in a VRBO rental. Amazing House

I never usually leave reviews but this house was great definitely a hidden gem and my family and I absolutely loved it! This house was one of the best houses we have stayed at for vacation everything was nice and clean and it was just overall a nice house. The pool was also nice my kids definitely enjoyed it and so did me and my boyfriend. We would definitely stay in this house again on vacation. When people read this review I hope it helps because this house is GREAT and they should definitely stay here!

Great place to stay

This property was stocked with everything you need for your family. There were no shortages of the daily use items like garbage bags, laundry pods, etc. they even went the extra mile to provide soaps and shampoo for your stay which was refreshing by comparison to other rentals I’ve been to in the past. Best part was they also had everything you need for a young family like pack n play, high chair,etc. The property and pool were great too, house layout was a very nice split floor plan. I highly recommend staying here.

Sebastian Highland vacation home

Upon arrival we did have an issue with the rental not being cleaned, but the owner resolved that issue very quickly! Lindsay was always quick to respond so I still give this rental 5 stars. The location is a little ways from the beach but their pool is warm and relaxing! We usually stay in Vero but was very happy to try out some new restaurants in Sebastian. The coastal decor in the house is very welcoming and beach themed. Plenty of towels, kitchen supplies and bath products. I definitely recommend this rental- thanks Lindsay for a relaxing week!

Just perfect

My best friend and I needed a few days of peace and quiet. This property was perfect for us. The neighborhood was clean and peaceful. The house was supplied with everything we needed and more. I felt completely at home. Ordering in was easy because of all the restaurants in the area. Even though we didn't have kids with us, we noticed that the house and patio was setup for them. Besides the regular dishes and silverware there were kid dishes and plasticware. Enough seating and tables for both kids and adults to have their own areas. The TV's were very nice. Patio and backyard fully fenced. Outdoor furniture, table and chairs, pool chairs all good. Great communication with the owner. We will go back and highly recommend staying to others.
