Great Smoky Mountains National Park

America’s most visited national park, known for its diversity of plant and animal life, the beauty of its ancient mountains, and Southern Appalachian culture. Great Smoky Mountains National Park is one of the largest protected areas in the eastern United States where black bears can live in wild, natural surroundings. Bears inhabit all elevations of the park and it is estimated that roughly 1,500 bears live in the park.


From the original Appalachian Trail to breathtaking hikes, there are 150 Smoky Mountain trails covering 800 miles of pristine backcountry. Roaring Fork features two of the most popular waterfalls in the park and Cades Cove is a scenic 11-mile loop open to visitors from sunrise to sunset.


Pigeon Forge


Pigeon Forge is home to country singer Dolly Parton’s Appalachian-themed park, Dollywood, and other attractions including country music revues like the Smoky Mountain Opry, dinner theaters such as Dolly Parton's Stampede and countless options for dining and shopping.


Local dining favorites include Huck Finn’s Catfish, The Old Mill, and the Local Goat.


Gatlinburg
Gatlinburg is known as the gateway to the roughly 520,000-acre Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Many of its key attractions offer sweeping views of the national park, including the 400ft. Space Needle observation tower and the Sky Lift, an aerial cable car that journeys from Downtown to the popular amusement park and ski resort Ober Gatlinburg.


Moonshine is a spirit that has deep roots in the culture of the Smoky Mountains so touring a downtown distillery is a great way to get a taste of the local culture. In addition to learning how moonshine is made, you can also try samples of the spirit at places like Sugarlands Distilling Company.

Gorgeous property!

We had a great stay! The road is definitely steep and having four wheel drive was a must. The hot tub was really nice and we enjoyed listening to vinyl records after exploring in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Definitely would recommend!

A bit different than expected

We had a nice time and luckily we were the only ones around on the street for most nights. The cabin is in a kind of culdasac with cabins very close next door. I did not understand this to be the case after reading the description when booking. This is not a quiet, secluded cabin. The last few days of our stay, there was a lot of noise, families, people in and out, not much privacy. There are tons of reviews about the bed and couch. Its true the couch is very uncomfortable, hard to sit and relax. The bed is one you either love or hate. Its like pure memory foam, my husband couldn't sleep all 5 nights. The concerning thing is that there are multiple reviews about the bed, even some in the cabin guest book, i am surprised the owner doesnt just change it out for something more standard in light of all the complaints about how uncomfortable guests are. There was a bit , a small bit of mountain views out the back if you look to the side and a very nice mountain view from the front All in all we had a pretty good time.

Peaceful Mountain Cabin

Cozy, quiet cabin in the Smoky Mountains. Well-appointed with a very nice hot tub on the deck. Was a treat to have a record player with Dolly Parton's music! Extra nice to have "beach" towels in addition to bathroom towels and two full baths in such a quaint cabin. I would recommend this property to friends and family.

Relaxing getaway!

We had a fantastic stay at this clean and cozy cabin. Sipping a drink and watching the rain fall in the woods while soaking in the hot tub was a highlight!

It was very peaceful and quiet. The cabin was cute and cozy! The hot tub was wonderful and they had everything we needed. We saw bears. The only downfall, wish we could have stayed longer.

Great Cabin

Everything explained in the description was spot on. My wife and I really enjoyed it. Will definitely look for this one again on our next trip. If I had to nitpick one thing, the couch was not that comfortable. But that's it. I highly recommend it.

My husband and I stayed here with our daughter for her first birthday. Absolutely beautiful cabin! We loved the privacy and the views from the cabin. Was a quick drive to town even with snowy roads! Highly recommend!!

Perfect size cabin for a couple. We really enjoyed our stay but struggled with directions multiple times because of maps on our phones. Will happily stay again! But we will be staying in next time and cooking

Beautiful Cabin

If you are wanting a getaway with your spouse or partner, this is the perfect place. We had an amazing time, saw two bears the first day, right outside the cabin. So relaxing and peaceful, the perfect place for our 26th wedding anniversary❤️

Small, clean cabin on steep hill

The cabin is located amongst several new large cabins and has a precarious driveway. Thankfully it was dry weather or a regular vehicle would struggle to make the sharp incline. It is a clean small cabin. Showers are very small. Overall good place to stay.

Relaxing getaway

We had some problems finding the rental at first, but the owner and some construction workers were helpful and we finally made it. After that, we had a great time and enjoyed relaxing in the cabin and visiting shops in Pigeon Forge.

Anniversary Getaway

Before the check in process I knew the property owners were good people. The communication was thorough and timely. Upon arrival to Gatlinburg I experienced a mishap and needed to check in early. Within 5 minutes of reaching out I had a response to come on in. I couldnt have been more pleased with the empathy they showed for my situation and ease the provided. The cabin was so clean and well decorated. The bed was amazingly comfortable. The hot tub was nice and private even with the other cabins close by. The record player and big modern flat screens were also nice. I couldnt have been happier with my rental experience.

Wonderful Getaway

We really enjoyed the privacy of the deck hot tub, the overall quietness of the area, and how easy it was to get to either Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. We spent most days exploring and the Smoky Mou tain National Park entrance was less than 30 minutes away.
