About the host
Hosted by Sam Houghton

My wife and I have four children, born from 2008 - 2015. We bought the house in July 2020 and renovated it for the next 18 months. We are from Lakeland, Florida.
Why they chose this property
This is a quiet street with open water views and accessibility straight from the dock! The deer come morning and evening to graze. The property has two boat basins. And I can tell you some secret spots so you WILL catch fish.
What makes this property unique
There are 50+ species of fish / crustaceans to catch within a 10-mile radius. And this is much less populated than Islamorada or Marathon - so there is no pressure on the environment here. Everything you can think of (in terms of aquatic life) we've seen. This truly is paradise!
