Beautiful, cosy house "Club San Juan". In the resort 2.5 km from the centre of Dénia, 2.5 km from the sea, 2.5 km from the beach. For shared use: natural state property (fenced) with lawn, swimming pool (15 x 6 m, 2 m2, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Private: property (fenced) with flowers and trees, beautiful garden to relax, parking on the premises. Supermarket 1.7 km, restaurant 1 km, bar 1 km, bus stop 2.5 km, railway station 2 km, ferry 3 km, sandy beach 2.5 km. Sports harbour 2.5 km, marina 2.5 km, surf school 2.5 km, sailing school 2.5 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location agréable mais très moyenne
Cela fait plusieurs années que nous partons en Espagne avec Interhome mais c'est la première fois où nous sommes aussi déçus. La maison est très jolie, la résidence est calme. Le point fort de la maison est son jardin très agréable et très ombragé toute la journée. Par contre, très déçu de l'équipement de la maison. Elle sentait très fort l'humidité, très peu de rangement et une cuisine très peu pratique. Nous avons du racheter de la vaisselle. Clim manque d'entretien +++. Location à revoir !

Not the best
Accommodation was miss represented by photographs. Seating within was poor and uncomfortable. If 4 people had booked two would be sitting on hard plastic chairs. Outside space was poor sun loungers provided but due to the trees in the garden no sun came in. Cant sit out. No BBQ provided but you wouldn't want to have one anyway Neighbors have cockerels, hens and dogs who start at 0500 hours sleep is impossible after that. Bed linen was nice and fresh. Bathroom functional but needs upgrading. Sorry wont be back or recommend to friends. Not a good place in a lovely area.
