This house is less than one mile to the beach and 3/4 of mile to the St. Simons Pier and Village area. That's just the beginning! At Salty Toes Cottage you will enjoy the all-new construction, 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath house located at the end of a very quiet street on a cul-de-sac in a high end subdivision.
What makes this property unique
Everything here is brand new, the house was finished in mid 2021 and we have all new furniture here, linens, even newer upgraded appliances, and had the place professionally decorated by a local interior designer. Most our of guests ride bikes, rent a golf cart to get around - it is in a great location in a super super safe part of town.
