About this property

Cutest Cottage on the Beach- FREE WIFI and Laundry Included sleeps 5

Spectacular beach house. Highly desirable location. Located two blocks from the main beach access (the boardwalk) and one block from all restaurants. House is 3 bedrooms and 1 bath. Includes 2 queen and 1 twin beds. This house has a huge yard and tons of parking. We are one block from the Boardwalk which boasts numerous shops and restaurants. Just blocks from the house is the Marina with daily departures on fishing charters, sunset cruises, dinner cruises, and boat rentals. We have a rinse-off area on the back deck. Also, on the back deck we provide a grill. Included are all bed sheets and towels. All beds have brand new Serta mattress. We provide all linens. The kitchen is fully stocked with all pots, pans, cups, and utensils needed. It also includes a brand new stainless dishwasher, stove, and fridge. We provide a washer and dryer. This house is kept very clean and can be a perfect vacation.

**** Also all rental prices are based on occupancy. I ACCEPTED YOUR RESERVATION BASED ON THE TOTAL PEOPLE ON YOUR BOOKING REQUEST. We have had several problems this year with over occupancy and I just want to be 100% up front the expectation on rental occupancy and guidelines. Children and Babies are considered people and will be counted in occupancy totals. This home sleeps a Max if 5 total.

We also do not allow pets or smoking.

We loved this little house. The house was very clean and it had great amenities. The location was very convenient because you could walk anywhere you wanted to go. It was just a very short walk from the beach. Definitely on my list of places for when we come back.

Very nice place. Location is ideal for anyone who may just want to walk to the boardwalk and local places. Had a little issue with the door lick but once figured out, it was ok.. Hopefully the house wasn't affected too much by the storm. Overall, I would definitely stay here again

We had an awesome time! House is very cute, quality furnishings and AMAZINGLY clean! Easy 5 minute walk to the beach. Sweet little porch that we watched fireworks at the boardwalk from. Exactly as described. Check in and out was without incident. Although we did not need, cell phone numbers to husband, wife and manager were given. Everything was extremely professional…class act!

Excellent for friends trip! Perfect location for walking to the boardwalk, well appointed little cottage! Has great wi-fi, tv in each BR, great seating for gathering, nicely appointed kitchen, perfectly functioning AC (it was HOT!!) outdoor rinse area for after the beach, and lovely front porch seating area. All as advertised and very clean! Comfortable bed/bedding and got a perfect view of the Thursday evening fireworks on the boardwalk. Will return 😎

Nice location; owners have become unreasonable
After we stayed here, the owners sent a photo of a food storage container with one dried tomato seed, and some popsicle drips in the fridge and claimed that it took two extra hours of cleaning. It seems their cleaners made up a story to get extra cash. The owners didn't even respond to my text. We've stayed here for four years, but clearly not again because expectations have gotten ridiculous, prices have increased, and it has become completely one-sided. Each year was a worse experience. They seem to expect it to be left in perfect condition, despite us paying for cleaning. In the past we have always pointed out the many things that needed attention–to pay it forward–after the stay, and never have complained during the stay. It is a real shame that it has come to this. I have even replaced remote batteries and made minor repairs, like tightening up loose cabinet handles. Clearly there is no loyalty or fairness to those who stay here.

Carolina beach I wonderful. I thought we had a great 2 day stay but a few weeks later I got an email that we created 350 in damage. Luckily we had insurance but they suggested we did damage with washable bath crayons in the bathroom, and falsely accusing us of something we did not do, with pictures from another property they own. Take pictures when you arrive.

The location was fantastically situated within walking distance of the boardwalk. The house was clean and had all of the comforts of home. Communication with the property owners was awesome! We will definitely stay here again!

What makes this property unique

We have always placed an emphasis on health and safety for our guests. I personally inspect and help clean kitchens and guest rooms for cleanliness. A high standard of cleanliness is in my DNA.
The COVID-19 pandemic has required us to raise our demanding standards to an even higher level with new protocols for the current circumstances.
When guests check into our homes over the next few months, they will notice a number of additions to our cleaning regimen designed to set an even higher standard of cleanliness as well as modifications to protocols developed to be consistent with recommended social distancing guidelines.
We don’t know when the COVID-19 pandemic will be over or when our lives will return to some sort of normalcy. But we want our guests to know that we are ready to welcome them back to a safe and clean environment.
