We offer discounts for 4 (15%) and 7 (19%) night stays. Discount is reflected in the nightly rate for a 7 day booking. If booking for 4 nights we will have to refund you the 15% discount post booking. Discount is on the total nightly rate booking prior to other fees. Please message with any questions.

East facing backyard ideal for shade in the afternoons. Boat dock with ladder for kids to jump off the roof into 10-14ft deep water. Bring your boat or rent one. A 5 min boat ride to the dam for the smoothest water ideal for skiing, surfing and tubing.

3BR/2BA 2200sf with a very functional and open floor plan. Home has wood flooring throughout and 10ft ceilings which makes the home feel that much more spacious. Kitchen is fully stocked with all you will need! Large master bath with walk in shower and plenty of storage for all your suitcases and belongings while you are here. Brand new massive outdoor deck great for entertaining and hanging out. Enjoy the Hammock and make some s’mores by the fire pit with 6 Adirondack chairs. **Pet friendly, but must be approved on case by case basis. Please see pet policy in the house rules section.***

Quiet and Pristine

Great place to get away from it all. The house has been updated and has everything you need. Two full bathrooms with walk-in showers. The views are amazing! Also a great cove for fishing.

Spring Break Trip

This lakehouse is absolutely the best. The house is very spacious and the lay out is great! Easy in and out for my boat and the kitchen is terrific. Fished for a week with my grandkids and being on the water made is very easy to zip back to house and tie up to the dock for a quick lunch and then back at it. I will no doubt stay here every time I visit Lake Bob Sandlin.

Fabulous stay

This is our second time staying here and we thoroughly enjoyed this lake house. If you’re looking for a lake house that has great views and a great dock. This house is for you. My husband is a big fisherman and this place is fabulous. I love the views. I can sit outside and read my book and Enjoy the view all day. The house has everything you need. The host are wonderful to work with. They responded very fast if I needed anything. We stayed there for six weeks this time and really enjoyed. We got to relax and enjoy fishing. I highly recommend.

Beautiful Cozy Cove…

We had another wonderful time staying here. The house is absolutely beautiful and has everything you need. The neighborhood is quiet and in a great location on the lake. The marina is super close by and we were even able to have some groceries delivered from Walmart. The cove is so peaceful and great for fishing and paddle boarding. The owners are super friendly and accommodating. You really cannot go wrong with this place. We will definitely be staying here again.

Fabulous Lakefront house

We had A fabulous time. Can’t say enough great things about this property. House, boat dock, fishing was all great. It was close to everything. We’ve been to a lot of places to fish. The dock at this house was the best. We will definitely be back.

Perfect!

We needed a little downtime and this was the perfect place! Spent a lot of time on the dock. Great amenities. It had everything we needed and wanted. We will definitely be back.

Great House on the Lake

This was a perfect house to stay in with family and our 2 dogs. This was a gorgeous home that was better than property listing. It was clean and spacious for everyone. Had a great time and would absolutely come back !

A lovely retreat

We rented for our family to stay as we were attending a niece’s wedding in Mount Pleasant. A beautiful home that was actually nicer in person than the photos projected. Comfy furnishings, an easy kitchen to navigate and very comfortable beds. The linens were a very nice quality. Our Host was responsive and helpful. We had 5 adults and a great weekend together.

Great Fishing Trip

We rented the property for our son’s 13th birthday for him to fish with friends and family. The house was beautiful, clean, and spacious! The views were beautiful and so was the dock. We would 100% book again!

Great Place!

Property was amazing. I stayed the week with my grandson for spring break. There was plenty of room to park my boat while we were not on the water and during the day we could just come back and tie up to the dock for lunch. The kitchen was huge and well stocked. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful!

This place is so beautiful and relaxing. We loved our stay here, we enjoyed the quiet peacefulness there. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook. We loved the gas fireplace and comfy living room sofa. The master bedroom has a gorgeous view out the French doors as well. We would definitely stay here again.

great fall weekend

We had a great time at the property, very nice house and great yard with awesome views. WiFi was not working well, but that just forced the teenagers to do different activities outside so that was actually a positive!

The location was perfect for seeing family that live in the area. Beautiful view and felt very comfortable. I would choose to stay again. A very interesting bird in the area. I kept saying please say hi to that woman before I figured out it was a bird. Lol.

The Best of The Best

Pictures do not do this property justice! The house was immaculate with large bedrooms and bathrooms! Bedrooms are spaced well throughout the house. Bathrooms were clean with large showers. Kitchen is large with great appliances and stocked with everything you need to cook meals. Massive deck with tables and chairs for eating or relaxing. The yard down to the lake is spacious and well taken care of. Dock was perfect and we had no issues tying up our 23 ft boat to the side of it and zero worry since the dock is at least 300 yards inside a no wake zone! Lake is amazing - we saw 5 boats during our 4 day stay. We will definitely rent this lake house again! Thank you to the wonderful owners who take great care of this home and allow families like ours to come and vacation.

Absolutely perfect!

This lovely home is absolutely perfect in every way. It's beautifully updated, very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is amply stocked with dishes, utensils and all the pots and pans anyone would need. Our family enjoyed playing corn hole on the back deck and of course the gorgeous lake. The host was most cordial and responsive. We hope to return soon!

Unbelievable Property!!!

This Lake House is perfect in so many ways. CLEAN and COMFORTABLE is definitely an important part of the foundation to create a must stay property, this property sets a standard. A home away from home feeling while creating a new experience. It's hard to capture what to expect in pictures, it was definitely beyond any expectations we had. From inside to outside, we enjoyed all this property has to offer. We look forward to making this a part of our family Texas visits going forward.

I thought I was getting a covered boat slip there was one there but it was occupied

We still enjoyed the house and water hope to be back real soon but the grills need some attention

Beautiful property

This was a family get away and to celebrate a birthday. The fishermen in the family enjoyed the lake, and the rest of us relaxed on the patio and the dock. There is lots of nice outdoor furniture to relax in. There were floats and other water "toys" to use and enjoy in the lake. The kitchen is well stocked with all the kitchen utensils you would need. The house is lovely and we were very comfortable. The host was very responsive and answered all my questions. Only negative, was that the sprinkler system was running when we arrived ( we were about 20 minutes early) and the grass and walkways were very wet. I would absolutely book this again.
