We had a great time over the 4th of July in this very spacious home. Very well stocked and very clean. Everything was just as listed in the ad. No surprises, I like that! Would definitely stay with this host again!
If you are planning a trip to Racine Wisconsin, and are looking for a house that feels like home, this is the right choice. This home is beautiful, well-maintained, and filled with everything needed for a relaxing and fun vacation. This is one of those instances where the property actually has MORE than is apparent from the description. The house and yard and hot tub were all bigger than anticipated, and you feel like you are visiting a friend. The house is close to everything you would want to do in Racine, including being only about fifteen minutes away from the historic lighthouse/beach.
Super cute house in Racine within a 10 minute drive to the beach and shopping. Owner communicated in a timely manner and offered tp come over right away when the ice maker was leaking water (wasn’t necessary…we just turned it off). Everything was clean, beds were comfy and some very nice bathroom amenities were provided. Front porch was fun to sit out on at night. This didn’t bother us at all, but might be something to consider if guests are elderly or have mobility issues: there is not a bathroom or bedroom on the main floor. All bedrooms are upstairs with one bath up and one down in the basement. So, being able to do stairs is a must. Great place to stay!
Property was as advertised. No bathroom on main level is a little inconvenient with two little guys. Property could use a deep clean. Seemed like no one had been there for a while. Musty and dusty. Cobwebs in windows. Lots of ants on the sidewalk out the front steps. Stovetop wasn’t clean dining room table was sticky. Again, could have used a good deep clean before we arrived. Overall a good spot for a rental, for the price should have been cleaner.
We had such a great experience. We met our adult children in Racine for a family wedding. Brickmason was perfect for our visit. Convenient to the venues. Clean spacious and welcoming. Everything we could need. Clear directions and great communication with the host.
This property worked out very nicely for our family. We had a soccer tournament with our three girls this weekend. The home met our needs very well. It was very nicely appointed with cute furnishings.
We rented this great little house for a long weekend recently. We had two teenagers and we were in town for a lacrosse tournament. The house was beautiful, clean, and check in was easy. It is an older home, so the two bathrooms are located upstairs and downstairs, none on the main floor so you have to be OK with stairs. It worked great for our family, plenty of space to relax and the hot tub was a nice bonus. The neighborhood was quiet and centrally located. We would definitely stay again!
Booking was easy and communication with owner was clear and well laid out. The location was clean and well put together. A great spot to spend a few days with the family.
