Nice spot for our family, two adults and one child. Appreciated the children’s toys and books, as well as the Keurig and coffee bar area. Bathroom and bedrooms a bit of a tight fit. We did not happen to make use of the backyard, but nice that the space was available. 10-15 minute scenic drive to GOTL strip. Communication with host was quick.
Gotta admit it looked pretty small at first but when we went inside we were very pleasantly surprised. Just enough room for us. Only one issue and it was taken care of with one text. Would stay there again.
The house and amenities was very nice and appreciated
Great!! Only issue was the remote in the bedroom did not work (batteries?), LOL. WILL recommend Very clean and very accommodating. And LOVED only a few blocks away from Township Park and beach!!
The house was clean, and had everything that you needed. We only stayed for a few days so it was important that we didn't have to spend our time at the store shopping for supplies. The backyard was perfect for hanging out around the fire in the evening, or to just sit by and drink your morning coffee. The beds were comfortable and so was the sofa. We truly enjoyed our stay here.
The house is lovely and quaint perfect for a weekend getaway. It had everything you needed. Only issue we had was not being able to turn on the Lights by the Fire pit. But didn't stop us from having a fire. Thanks for the great stay.
The house was awesome! Had everything we needed for our trip.
The house was clean and inviting. The neighborhood was nice and close to all the things we had planned. It was only a ten or so minute drive to the beach. Only thing I think could of made it better was a larger mirror for getting ready and maybe a coffee table, but otherwise it was fabulous and I’d recommend!
The house was very simple but cute with there was extra blankets a bigger fridge and the TV stopped working the day after we arrived but was a very comfortable stay
The house is located in a well-maintained residential neighborhood, with easy access to various Lake Erie parks and the activity of Geneva-on-the-Lake. It is comfortable for a couple or parents with kids. Christina responded quickly and helpfully to our questions. We recommend it!
Pros: amenities were sufficient for our needs. Some dishes, a pod and a regular coffee maker, small fridge, etc. Master bed was VERY comfortable and clean (which is the must important part!).
Cons: A little small--the matter bedroom was tiny with the bed frame. Just get rid of the bed frame and it'll feel so much bigger! Had to shimmy around it! Also the bathroom is super tiny. If you're not careful, you'll whack your face on the sink when you sit down on the pot! The tub was pretty narrow and felt like standing in the bottom of a canoe, but it wasn't slippery so that was fine.
Cleanliness: I would say it's *mostly* clean. My biggest issues were the cobwebs along the ceiling in every room (and in lamp shades) and the massive spider in the corner of the living room, which my husband took care of. There is also a big smashed insect on the wall behind the front door.
Take a duster around the house and take the bed frame or if the matter and it'd be perfect!
Come
This cute little house was perfect for a weekend getaway. Everything that we needed was available at the house. The lock combo for the door can be a bit tricky but was able to conquer it. The only thing that I would add to the property would be a bigger or a full size mirror to be able to utilize while getting ready.
The house was neat and clean and everything you need is there! If you enjoy walking/hiking, this house is in the perfect location to explore the fantastic park system. Would definitely stay again if we come back to the area!
The cottage was super cute and the perfect size. About 15 min away from Geneva on the Lake... wish it was a little closer to everything... but the drive wasn't bad at all. The pillows were not great and there was hair on one of mine... but not a big deal. Overall the place was super clean, well maintained and we definitely enjoyed our stay.
We enjoyed the space, cleanliness, and amenities . Love the firepit, coffee bar,
candy bar and being able to relax on the back screened in porch. Having a washer and dryer available was convenient also. Thanks for the quick and kind response to questions.
