The completely new 45m2 apartment offers room for 1 to 4 people and is located in a quiet residential street in the western area of Leipzig - about 4km from the center. Public transport and various shops are within walking distance.

In addition to the fully equipped bedroom with a large double bed, the apartment has a living room with an additional sofa bed, a cozy dining area, a small kitchen, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a small balcony.

The apartment is located in the west of Leipzig, close to the Karl-Heine-Straße. Many attractions are in walking distance: Between the famous Felsenkeller and the König-Albert-Bridge you will find a great selection of cultural attractions, small shops, cafes, bistros, bars and restaurants.

The center can be reached by car or tram in 5-10 minutes. The Arena, the Central Stadium, Clara Zetkin Park or the Leipzig Zoo are very accessible.

Kurzurlaub in Plagwitz sehr genossen

Leipzig ist eine Reise wert

Die Ferienwohnung liegt im Zentrum von Plagwitz, ein buntes und lebendiges Viertel. In der Innenstadt ist man mit der Linie 14 in 15 Minuten. Insgesamt inklusive Unterkunft, ein Besuch lohnt sich!

Langes Wochenende in Leipzig

Super schöne Wohnung. Alle sauber und ordentlich. Kurze Laufwege zu den S-Bahn Stationen und in 10 min ist man in der Innenstadt. Nette Vermieterin, alles hat reibungslos geklappt.

nette Wohnung im hippen Plagwitz

Die Wohnung ist nett eingerichtet und liegt im Erdgeschoss einer Parallelstraße zur Karl-Heine-Straße, also ruhig und doch mitten im hippen Plagwitz und verkehrsgünstig angebunden. Die Vermieter sind freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Küchenausstattung ist ausreichend - man hat in Fußnähe aber auch zahlreiche Möglichkeiten, Essen zu gehen. Das WLAN funktioniert sehr gut. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Perfekte Unterkunft

Die Wohnung war perfekt. Es hat alles gepasst - die Vermieterin war supernett, die Lage optimal. Wir waren in fünfzehn Minuten mit der Straßenbahn in der Innenstadt, die Haltestelle zwei Fußminuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Plagwitz ist ein wunderschöner Stadtteil. Sollten wir noch einmal nach Leipzig kommen, werden wir wieder dort wohnen.

Eine angenehme Wohnung in Leipzig-Plagwitz

Wir haben die Wohnung nur zum Übernachten benötigt, weil wir einen Besuch gemacht haben. Alles, was wir benutzt haben, war in gutem Zustand und sauber. Die Küche haben wir allerdings nicht gebraucht. Es gibt eine schöne Terasse zum Innenhof hin, die Strasse ist für Großstadtverhältnisse recht ruhig. Beim nächsten Besuch in Leipzig würden wir die Wohnung wieder buchen.

Sehr schön.

Die Wohnung ist schön und hat einen grünen Hinterhof. Uns und den Kindern hat es sehr gut gefallen. In direkter Umgebung kann man Cafés,Bars und Restaurants besuchen. Und man ist mit der Straßenbahn sehr gut angebunden. Rund um sehr schön.

+ Guter Eindruck + unproblematisch, freundlicher Vermieterkontakt + gute Verkehrslage + sehr ruhige Lage + gemütliche Einrichtung Was uns jedoch nicht gefallen hat: - Laut Beschreibung ist diese Wohnung Allergikergeeignet... Daunenfederkissen und - Bettwäsche zählen für mich nicht dazu. Da ich Asthmatiker bin und auf Milben stark reagiere, waren die Nächte alles andere als erholsam. - Ausstattung: Laut Beschreibung ist die Wohnung voll ausgestattet... Auch hier ist die Frage der Definition: Toster, Wasserkocher, versch. Gläser, ein Handtuch, ein Spüllappen und Kühlschrank sind vorhanden. Aber Töpfe und Pfannen, deren Boden verbogen sind, nur ein Messer, welches absolut nicht mehr scharf ist, und keine Pfannenwender o.ä (nur ein Gemüselöffel) sind für mich nicht voll ausgestattet. Hier besteht Nachbesserungsbedarf... Wer also viel draußen ist oder immer essen geht, hat hier keine Probleme ;-) Alles in allem war es jedoch ein schöner Urlaub. Danke für die Beherbergung!
