The apartment offered here can be found in the attic. It is a beautiful 4 - room apartment, suitable for 3-9 people. Almost throughout the apartment, the walls were designed by an artist with prints and drawings, gives the apartment a very special atmosphere.

In addition to a fully equipped and very spacious kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub, washing machine and window, located on the lower level one bedroom with double bed and a large wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The spiral staircase leads to the upper floor. Here you will find a large living room with two sofas and a coffee table and a TV. The living room leads out onto the balcony, from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Semper Opera, Hofkirche, Zwinger and Frauenkirche.
Also located on this floor is a guest WC and two further bedrooms. In the first bedroom there are two single beds and a chest of drawers available. The property is about 5 minutes walk from the Augustus Bridge and the old town center with Frauenkirche, Semper Opera House, Baroque district, Neumarkt, the Japanese Palace and all the main tourists attractions of Dresden removed.
