Modern and lovely 3-bedroom apartment with completely private terrace exclusive for our guests, coffee area, BBQ, Jacuzzi & all your friends/family need to feel comfortable & have a great time.
5 minutes from El MIRADOR SUR, grocery stores and EL MALECÓN, SANTO DOMINGO..

The property is a 3rd floor, you must climb stairs.
Guest have unique access to the terrace and jacuzzi at anytime.
Totally private terrace. Unique access for guests, which makes meetings with your friends and family special.
You can enjoy a work or family meeting with a game of dominos and BBQ.
We have a person available for cleaning and washing if you need it during your stay for an extra fee of US$50 paid in cash. Just let us know time ahead if you need it.
Air conditioner in all three bedrooms, enhanced cleaning in all areas.
We have a cozy area with a swing perfect for beautiful pictures.
Bar area completely illuminated and TV in the terrace so you can watch your favorite game or movie.
