Spring Break

My friend and I stayed for three nights. We ate at the rooftop restaurant about three times. The food is great and inexpensive. The personnel was also very catering, I got to know the staff on a personal level.

Great property in Cabo San Lucas

For the money, it’s a great value. It is NOT near anything, but I was pleasantly surprised with a rooftop, bar, and pool that all have stunning views of Cabo. The rooms were large, all necessities included (except coffee) and Morgan and Donna were absolutely wonderful hosts. This isn’t a destination resort on the beach, but it’s perfect for a quick stay.

A premium property to be

The building is brand new and the rooms are all well-appointed, with an airy, modern, mostly black-and-white design. Suites are extremely spacious and would be a great place to entertain guests. The kitchen has all the tools one could need to make anything, from a casserole to a crushed ice Margarita. There is ongoing construction of additional units. Be advised that rooms facing the courtyard might experience high noise levels during the day and in the early evening. Same thing for the rooftop pool area. Rooms facing outside experience significantly less noise. Access to the property is temporarily difficult : vehicles have to take detours along dirt streets while the subdivision is finished, and pedestrian access through the most direct route implies walking about 100m up a steep hill, which will be a street once it is fully cemented. Reaching the downtown tourist area is about a 20 minute walk or a quick 90 peso Uber ride (about 100 by taxi). The hosts are great, polite, accessible, flexible and committed to making sure their guests have a good time. The property has some teething problems (minor faults, malfunctions, etc), but the hosts help resolve these quickly. One unusual quirk: the bathroom window goes into the corridor and doesn't have a light-blocking feature, meaning there is a constant level of light in the bedroom. It could use a blind or a curtain. Overall, a great place to stay that will become greater as the construction finishes.

A great place to call home!

I was extremely impressed with how thoughtfully the property is managed. From the interaction with staff, other guests, and even the owners, there is an overwhelming sense of feeling wanted as opposed to just being tolerated. All of the details, such as live music on the weekend or furniture selection in the rooms, add up to create a truly wonderful experience!
