Please, in your 1st message to host, state the 1) purpose of your stay, 2) number of beds needed, 3) number of guests staying the night, 4) number of guests visiting, and 5) that you AGREE & understand all below:

o Checking out later or earlier may result in additional charges up a night’s stay. Ask ahead of time to avoid charges as we have our cleaning crew come in a timely fashion and they need to be informed to come earlier or later.

** All guests must read, understand, & agree to these rules and the house manual prior to arrival. **

O Please when you leave the house, lock all doors & windows & turn off the lights, heat, and fans.

o To avoid additional occupant fees, avoid using more beds than needed.

o Children should be under supervision. Please be cautious there are balconies from every floor that would be a concern with little explorers.

o As host, if we see something or need to come inside, we will try to give a heads up, but if there is an emergency and we need to get in quickly, we will enter.

o Please NO SMOKING INSIDE OUR HOUSE! Do not dispose cigarettes, tobacco, smoke smelling items in the trash in the house. At our sole discretion, if we smell smoke, Vrbo will be notified & you’ll be charged a cleaning fee of $2,000. However, you are welcomed to smoke from any of the many balconies as long as the smoke or trash from it, does not enter the house.

o Please do not hold events or parties. All guests and visitors must be preapproved and registered. Let us know 1st & last names of all guests and visitors.

o Please be conscious that noise violations fines are $2,500. NOISE must be confined and not go beyond the perimeters of the property. If our neighbors make a noise complaint, it’s a $500 penalty per complaint.

o Please make sure the number of guests is accurate ($150 per guest who is unapproved or unregistered) as we have cameras outside at points of entry. $2,500 fee for violating our no parties rule.

o The cleaning fee covers a general, fairly clean house, not including, for example: spills or stains, any party left behinds, ie balloons, dirty stove or cook top. To avoid extra kitchen cleaning charges, make sure the dirty dishes are in the dishwasher & a cycle started. Basically, return the house the way received. If the cleaning staff has to do any extra cleaning, or clean-up of any party left behinds or dirtiness, it’s $35/hr minimum additional this includes moving furniture.

o Please do not take furniture outside. Esp the clear acrylic chairs.

o Please no confetti, glitter, or foam on the property. $40+ fine if violated.

o Off limits areas: basement closet

o No leaky car fluids, inoperable cars in garage or on driveway.

o Please do not touch the smoke detectors unless to push button to turn alarm off.

o Please do not remove or damage window screens or use other window treatments.

o Housekeeping services are available upon request.

*Pets: needs approval with additional pet fee. Must be insurable, trained, and must always have waterproof cover on couch to protect at all times.

** if you’re a gamer or use lots of internet data, you need to inform the host as extra charges may apply. The internet provider can provide a daily breakdown so we will know who is using how much data. 1280gb included. Every 50gb over will incur a $30 overage charge***

Note: All our locations are equipped with mandated smoke & carbon monoxide alarms. If they start chirping, do not panic, it might simply be bc of low batteries or possibly gone defective. You can turn them off but either pushing the button, turning them off their harness, removing the batteries or disconnecting. Plenty of resource videos online. Let us know if you need batteries or new detectors. Thank you for your understanding.

Beautiful home with a view

The house was absolutely beautiful and in a quiet neighborhood. It was the perfect central location for a few day trips we took between San Diego Catalina, Santa Barbara, Venice Beach, Laguna Beach and Los Angeles. The owner was good with communication and even offered us an early check-in because our flight had arrived earlier. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful place

The views were amazing all around there was no air conditioner but being in the hills you didn't need it at all. If ur a sucker for a beautiful view this is ur place for sure. Just stunning
