No complaints, but underwhelmed

The view was really cool and the pool was great for kids, being shallow and then stepped to the deepest part. Otherwise, the rental and city were underwhelming. Poorly stocked with toilet paper and paper towel, would generally expect more from any rental space. Was nice to have some nespresso pods and laundry pods for the short-term needs.

Beautiful views, comfortable stay

Great location to walk to downtown and of course Rainey street. Gorgeous views from the condo and enjoyed the sunset from rooftop pool. Very comfortable stay. Great value for money! Only comment on improvement is to have some more basics in the condo, like a saucepan and pan, teas, lotion, etc.. Note also that no blackout blinds so bring an eye mask. Would def return!

Best view in Austin

We were a bit confused about the check in process, but it was super easy. Upon arrival there was a front desk, just like a hotel. We never found any check out information and just did what we hoped would be ok. The icemaker in the refrigerator didn't work but everything else was pretty good.

View was unbelievable! Furniture was very cool and the layout and arrangement of everything was really well done. The location was perfect. The apt was lacking a few things in terms of a 5 star review, but nothing major and have passed those suggestions on to management. Would recommend bringing a wireless speaker for music and a small additional light for the bathroom if you have it, the master bath is very dark. The pool area was not quite as nice as it looked in the photos, is smaller and only 4 ft deep. A bit of a party scene at times. We really loved our stay though, the view was incredible.

Great location to enjoy Austin

This place was very nice, and we were able to walk around the downtown and Rainey street area without having to drive. Pool was wonderful as well! Lots of construction going on, but wasn’t an issue for the most part.

Great condo within walking distance of restaurants, bars, live music. Beautiful city scape view from the floor to ceiling glass wall of main room. No downside to this unit, would definitely stay here again.

Great stay!

This place was very nice! The front desk was helpful and the condo was amazing. I loved the view and it was a very close walk to Rainey St. I did switch the pillows out for the ones in the closet because the ones on the bed were too hard for my liking. We did not have an ice machine in our refrigerator but the little bar downstairs let us take a few cups up to our room and were super sweet people. They had locally made pop tarts downstairs for sale which were tasty! I would recommend this place and would stay here again!

Great views. Really can see the bats every night. Great appliances. Great space. Great decor. Great tv/WiFi. Because the sun is brutal from 4 pm to 8 pm, it would be good to have some sort of blackout shades so the living room and main bedroom were a bit more usable at that time. (A vacuum would also be nice). The valet parking charge is kind of high but the valet parking staff was great.

Great weekend getaway!

We plan girl trips for weekend getaways on a regular basis and this location by far tops many of the places we’ve visited. The vacation rental unit was absolutely gorgeous. Views of the river and the city plus balcony, and a rooftop pool. The building was clean and there are a lot of lounging areas to have drinks, socialize and relax. Our group loved the rental!
