Restaurants, coffee shop, and shopping are all within a short walking distance. The Jolly Roger Pier offers food and great views. Come and enjoy. The home was perfect for our family getaway at the beach for the end of summer!! Love the home and the amenities! Updates to the home are made regularly and the property owners were very nice and helped me with all my questions!

Great Memories Made

The house was set up to comfortably handle our whole group. It was stocked with everything you could think of. Great access to the beach. Great views. Plenty of things to do in the area. I recommend checking out the Missiles and more museum. We had a great family night playing bingo at the Assembly Building across the street. We made so many memories this past week that we will be reliving for years to come.Our host Lisa was great. She responded quickly to any question we had.

Stressless, the perfect week!

The week could not have been better. The weather turned out to be perfect, the water was a delight even though a few days were rough and we had an ocean breeze everyday. Wide beach to spread out on. The was designed so that it stayed pretty much sand free, Wow what a releif. However the stairs, made sure you got your steps in each day. It was nicley appointed and well maintained. Loved the location. Would love to rent it again.

The property was spotless and exactly as described. Super clean, well stocked, and right on the beach. Lisa and Jim were super responsive on one minor issue. Lisa even checked in on us at one point before Tropical Storm Debby hit. Even with some poor weather we had a great time here! Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing house and location

This house is fantastic. Steps from the beach, comfortable beds, and a short walk to several dining options and a small convenience store/market. The kitchen is well equipped with spices and cookware/small appliances. Rental and check-in were super smooth. Highly recommend the art festival (walkable) in town on Thursdays. Only caveats: it's a lot of steps if you have accessibility issues (kitchen is up 2 flights of steps hauling groceries) and the mini-golf place across the street has music/DJ until 9 or so which can be heard in the house if you have small children with early bedtimes.

Well appointed place. No idea we would be dealing with 31 steps for one 81 year old member of our party. Great that there were 2 air conditioning systems with controls. Kitchen needs a 9x13 pan and good can openers.

Easter Weekend

The property was very nice, right on the beach and within walking distance of restaurants and other entertainment, and for fishing enthusiasts a nice fishing pier right next door. My sons are Marines so about a 40 minute commute to New River Air Station. The linens were conveniently provided and plenty is space in the bedrooms and kitchen/great room area with beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean and a bedroom and full bath on the same level so if you do have anyone in your party with mobility issues once you get them to the top floor, as long as they don't plan on leaving that floor, they should be good. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks Lisa for sharing your beautiful beach retreat!

Oceanfront Paradise

We loved the cozy little town of Topsail. The house was amazing. It was very clean and spacious and was right on the ocean. The host was very responsive. She responded right away to any questions we had. Overall, we had a great time and would highly recommend.

Wonderful stay

Amazing location, right across from the venue where my family members wedding was held, right next to pier for fishing, beautiful sunrise walks and sunsets. Hot tub was great in the chilly weather. It was clean, cozy and a very nice house. The only downsides for us were having to make the 7 beds upon arrival, the amount of stairs took a large toll on my grandparents, the pier parking lot got a little loud a couple nights and the dryer melted some of our clothes. But wonderful stay and weekend overall. My grandmother accidentally left the oven on when we departed and the property manager was very nice and understanding.
