Unit #20 is considered to have the best location because it has a direct ocean view, a direct valley view, and a private back grass area. Located in Queen Emma's Bluffs, this property is extremely quiet. Ka'iulani of Princeville is a private community with three pools, lava rock jacuzzi, and BBQ areas.

We had purchased this particular property because it has so many unique characteristics. Most importantly, it is a very quiet, secluded location, to enjoy the beautiful nature of Kauai. Between a beautiful ocean view in the lush valley, and mountains, that are all around.

This particular property has many things to offer from inside the spacious condo, you have amazing views out any window you look from the outside of the condo. You have private, two car, garage parking many walking trails in the location is near everything you would ever need grocery store in many little shops to shop in throughout Princeville.
