We enjoyed our stay at the cozy home in Fairbanks. Elizabeth, did a great job helping us with our stay. We would stay there again, everything was great. Thanks!
We enjoyed our week long stay at the Pipeline Place. Elizabeth has great communication! Convenient location. The house is lovely and comfortable. My husband loved the reclining sofa, he would rate it 10 stars for that.
Beautiful house and everything was provided that we needed for cooking. No laundry facilities though. Easy to find and close to everything. Elizabeth responded quickly and was great to work with.
This stay was so nice. It was comfortable and the location was unbeatable. The host was super responsive and hospitable. Could not have asked for a better accommodation on my first time in Alaska.
House is on the smaller side, but it had everything we needed and was perfect for the four of us. If we had any questions, the host was very quick to respond.
Perfect place for a getaway. Centrally located, clean, great kitchen, comfortable bed, happy to have found a pet friendly place too. Definitely recommend!

Quiet and in waking distance to the creamery trails. Rooms were spacious and beautiful excellent place to get away definitely will be planning another stay here in the future!
This was a great place to stay. The neighborhood was quiet. It isn't far from the passenger train depot and was an easy drive from the airport.
The house is very comfortable and well appointed.
The kitchen has anything one would need to prepare a meal.
Two off street parking spaces with easy access to the entry.
While outside one afternoon, I briefly spoke to a neighbor who was a very nice, polite young man.
I have already told several friends who plan to visit Fairbanks about this place!
This place was a great stay for our time in Fairbanks. Everything we needed was available at the house and owner has clearly thought about how to make a great guest experience!
Great place that's the perfect distance from everything in Fairbanks. Not so close that you have to hear the city but close enough that you're downtown in minutes.
My family stayed at this nice cozy house during Christmas for 6 nights and enjoyed. The location is great, close to Costco, Safeway and easy access to major roads. The house is warm and clean and has everything we need except the washer and dryer. Since we brought enough changing clothes, it’s not a big deal to us. Elizabeth is very friendly and helpful host. She responds quickly on any questions that we had. She also sent out helpful tips and reminders to help us quickly and easily access the house. We enjoyed the stay and will definitely stay again if we return to Fairbanks.
The house is very nice and well thought out. The decor is perfect. The host is top notch. We came in late on a train and she noticed that our rental car was giving us problems and called to make sure everything was OK and wanted to know if we needed anything. Above and beyond.
I had a wonderful stay at this cozy house . The home was tastefully decorated and comfortable, with great amenities including a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living area. The location was perfect for exploring the area's natural beauty, and the host went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this rental house for anyone visiting Fairbanks.
