1st floor, Beautiful, comfortable and spacious condo. 2 bedrooms 2 baths. located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, built around the Myrtlewood Golf Club, just off the bypass, minuets from the beach and all main attractions. Fully stocked kitchen, sleeps 6, beautiful golf ground view.
*Pets are allowed. Only 1 pet up to 30lb with pet fee.
The space
2 bedrooms, 2 baths, Comfortable and clean condo, 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 pullout sofa in the living room. washer/dryer in the condo. Wi-Fi and cable TV available. Pool view from the balcony.
*Pets are allowed. Only 1 pet up to 30lb.We love your dogs but please do NOT ALLOW your pets on or in the beds, sofas or any furniture. if evidence of pet hair found on linens or furniture an additional cleaning fee could be incurred. Untrained pets are not allowed, any damage caused by a pet an additional damage fee will incurred.
*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.
*Towels are provided for showers only.
Guest access
The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place.
*Access the pool with wrist bands only (there is $50 charge for each lost/broken bracelets).
*Kitchen is fully quipped with all basics (condiments are not included).
*NO mailbox for this location. Guest is responsible for any mail or packages delivery.
*washer and dryer available in the unit.
*Parking is free. motorcycles and trailers are not allowed on premises.
*Easy access to both Hwy 17.
Other things to note
*Pool wristbands are counted after each stay.
*Please review my house rules.
*Pest control will come to spray the unit every first Thursday of the month.
