The property was in a great location for the tournament at Clark County event center. The house was a good size and overall was comfortable. The bed in the primary bedroom felt pretty broken down. There were ants in the bathroom, kitchen, and living room, as stated by other reviews. The cleanliness didn’t feel like it justified the amount of the cleaning fee. There was a wet rag in kitchen sink, on arrival, and the bathroom floor was dingy.
The home was perfect for our stay while attending an event at the Clark County Fairgrounds. Close to many amenities, situated in a nice neighborhood, with the refuge right across the street. The large fenced yard is a plus. We would stay again.
Stayed as our floors were being replaced. Convient to home. Great WiFi and was able to work. Dogs loved the huge fenced yard and even got to chase their first deer. Only complaint was it was very cold outside (34 degrees) and the heating in the house was not the greatest. Otherwise it was great! Would recommend for anyone with dogs!
Place was.very cute. Felt comfortable and homey. Great fenced backyard and directly across the street from a dog park. Super easy 10 min drive to Amphitheater.
Great place! Quiet and comfortable! Had everything we needed and a lot more space then even the pictures showed. Amazing, large fenced backyard so didn’t have to worry about the safety of the kid while they played. Will definitely be booking this place again! Thank you Jessica!
Very clean and well-maintained house. I loved the care that was put into decorating the house and the amenities that were provided. The location just outside of town was very peaceful at night. We were not here at the right time of year to use the very nice deck in back. I, personally, found it to be a very pleasant walk into town when I used the pedestrian path halfway down the hill. I would recommend and come back.
The location of this house is in great proximity to a dog park and downtown Ridgefield.
The chairs cushions in the front room look to be water stained. Just a bad look. The couch legs were so loose it felt like the couch would fall. I hand tightened the couch legs which did the trick. The host's handyman showed up on the first night to fix the bed legs in bedroom #2. He made a comments that the beds in bedroom #2 were cheap.
We battled ants in the kitchen on day two and three. The host was very responsive to the ant problem. Ants were abated after day 3 but returned on day 8 & 9.
The shower in bathroom was not cleaned well. My wife took a large cup of water to rinse the walls after her shower. When she tossed the water behind the shampoo caddy, old dirt and hair came out from under the caddy leg. Very disgusting.
The host is super nice and responsive to phone calls and emails. She should look for a new cleaning company. The cleanliness is not a good reflection of her.

Great marketing, yet disappointing
Small property with large fenced in back yard. Interior is well- appointed for a rental. Strong cat urine or male over- spray smell in bathroom. Lots of dated, mostly used products in kitchen. Cleaning products either missing or empty containers. Cupboards are dirty.
Yard is mowed yet has a large dirt area which created a mess for a dog yard. Lots of junk in the yard, including a board with nails which we turned over. Not well maintained.
I shared this feedback and other with the owner. Our last day, the electronic key pad stopped working. I also shared this concern and owner did not respond/
We absolutely loved this property. It had everything we could have possibly needed and things we would have never thought of. The beds were very comfortable, the front and back porch were decorated and great to sit outside, the decor was charming, easy access, a huge back yard. We loved the entire area and hated to leave. We definitely want to rent here again.

What makes this property unique
This house is in the middle of Oasis, with National Wildlife Refuge across the street, a few wonderful wineries, large casino, Amphitheater are minutes away, we really enjoy this little cottage every time when we stay here, we make sure it's always well stocked, so you can just bring your clothes and food come here to stay comfortably whether it's long term or short term. However we do have a tenant in the next door detached unit, however the backyard is fully fenced from it.
