Oh Happy Stay? Not at all !!!
My experience started before even checking into the property. When narrowing down my families search for a vacation place we settled on this property due to the availability of a pool heater in March. After messaging the owners via the chat link for weeks, it had turned into a month before my questions were answered. I had to actually make an attempt to call the owner to get a reply. But even when you dial the number to call the owner you actually get someone texting you back saying they are unavailable and how can they help you. This issue aside. I mentioned that i needed pool heat option added to my stay and was told the property didnt have pool heat. I said is there any way to be compensated for the false ad that led me to choose the property. I was told no i couldnt be compensated. I was told there was no false ad and that now there was heat but it was not available. I said thats not what i was just told. Then the ad for the property was changed immediately after the correspondence. I decided since it was three days before check in i had no choice but to keep the booking.Upon arrival, things did NOT get any better.
